  1. a set of E36 M3 calipers - real tidy no real rust. off a subframe i got last year from another member to replace my subframe Great brakes for a single piston brake. A lot of race cars still use these with a big caliper up front. (I did for a while with no issues) standard rubber pins, open to offers around $150. I know what they sell on trademe, so don't be a dick on offers will do good craft beer text me on 021 337 946 or email me on [email protected] thanks for looking also check the other brakes I am selling (clean up time)
  2. a set of E36 M3 rotors, calipers, handbrake parts and some worn pads Great brakes for a single piston brake. A lot of race cars still use these with a big caliper up front. (I did for a while with no issues) As an added bonus these have bimmerworld brass pins, which stiffen the brake and reduce flex. Probably the cheapest and easiest upgrade for these brakes. highly recommended if you are using a race/track pad that grips well. prefer pick up in CHCH if you want all the handbrake parts. open to offers around $200 I know what they sell on trademe, so don't be a dick on offers will do good craft beer text me on 021 337 946 or email me on [email protected] thanks for looking also check the other brakes I am selling (clean up time)
  3. Been sitting in my garage for a couple of years. I swapped to AP's all round on my race car. These are great. Strong and progressive with the four pistons, tons of stopping power. I have added a picture of them next to a regular E36 M3 brake and a picture of the pad next to the standard pad Rotors are used but have life left in them. usual heat glazing etc. No pads worth using sorry. only for reference as to size and style for ordering. AP RS2-4s gripped like a dog with a bone in these! These are real deal brakes, not cutesy "look fancy but lack power" stuff you can get. sorry forgot to list a price $1200 Great for a race car/targa/track day car or for someone who uses their car for midnight runs to the coast! brackets are for an E36 M3. no doubt other brackets could be made or purchased if required. text me on 021 337 946 or email on [email protected] check my other listings for other M3 brakes
  4. Can you let me know what the offsets are if they are still available.

  19. Hi looking for a tuner (south island prefered) to race tune an e36 m3. currently has a race tune on it from chip wizards in the UK but has an issue. Everyone is recommending do a total retune on it locally. might even consider an after market ECU but prefer to stay with factory. Thanks
  20. running a square set up on an M3 for racing and wanted to get some rims. After sets of 4 or 6 let me know what you have. michael 021 337 946
  21. hopefully not highjacking this thread>>> there seems to be benefits from the single lightweight solid flywheel with regards to spin up and acceleration. the disavantage is chatter/noise are there any advantages for a dual plate clutch vs a single plate clutch with the lightened flywheel? does the dual reduce the weight savings significantly? Is it smoother but still gives the spinup benefits. I am deciding which clutch set p/flywheel set up to go with for next session. looking at a single mass light flywheel but not sure if a single or dual plate clutch set up is better
  22. thanks for the link so Euro 4 is the standard for a used diesel car (light vehicle) by the looks of it all 535D's should be compliant which is great. just looked at a sprinter van in the UK as well. It was 2004 but Euro5 compliant, so age and compliance do differ!
  23. Nice car i would love a R26R did you see the Targa kitted version of a megane on trademe.
  24. see the new import standards which seems to block pre 2005 imports. However as diesels already had less emissions, does the 2005 cut off still apply? I am having problems finding a site which has a vehicle list by year and the European emission standard. Looking at wanting to import a 535D wagon. any insight or help is appreciated.
