Nearly nothing I assume. It's rarity doesn't really make it any more special IMO

From my short time lurking and posting here, it seems you've helped many of these guys here. It's all appreciated I'm sure! Cheers

LOL. I still say stick with the E34, even if it is another shell. There seem to be lots of them on trademe that have popped headgaskets or overheated for cheap.

Got a full G260 gearbox conversion and a few random bits and pieces like a speedo cluster and uncracked fusebox cover for $350, which I'm pretty stoked about. Bought some recaro fishnets with E30 rails, just have to contact dutchy to see if he's passing through Palmerston North. I just need to get a Z3 shifter and a new clutch kit now. Any recommendations in Tauranga/Hamilton for the clutch and flywheel machining?

I absolutely love it as it is now. I probably prefer this to when he had it black with a rusted bonnet
-
That's not how they sit, it was just hanging from one stud, so its all photoshopped. They sit flush with the gaurds
-
Yep, unfortunately

Ok, my mate has bought these rims, and he said that if I don't want them, then he'll take them for his Corona. We dummy fitted them, and the offset and width as it is is perfect, which is a shame as they're the wrong stud pattern. Will 20mm hub adapters push these out too far? I'm prepared to pull the gaurds if it they can be made to fit with 20mm hub adapters. Are there hub adapters available that are 15mm? No decent pics of how they sit relative to the gaurds, but the front gaurd pic sort of shows how it sits within it.

Just a photoshop with the rims dummy fitted. Hub adapters will push them out too far, so I might see if I can get them redrilled. We'll see

I think it's tidy, but a bit overpriced. There are so many E30s around now, it's a buyer's market

$25,000! I say go for it. That's a big price
-
I'm sure there's way more than 3. Personally I wouldn't go for a TT Subaru. They're prone to running big ends, and will chew double the gas of the 316. Honda Orthias are good wagons. Or Nissan Avenirs

Haha, I've owned 2 Subarus, 3 Hondas, and 2 BMWs. Must be a bit of a schizophrenic
-
Haha. That's the automatic circuit breaker to control the use of electric windows

E39 M5 Km are getting up there, but its NZ new so it should have a service history. Talk about good value for money!

I was supposed to give him a call tonight, to secure a deposit so I can fly down soon and epic road trip it up. Damn!
-
My gripe is just the amount of people that are 'knee' as, but they never show with the cash? Or ones that want to come for a test drive, and you tell them you are FIRM on a certain price. They say yep, come for a test drive, and they turn into a car expert, say it needs work (it doesn't) and offers you a stupid sum, all the while wasting your gas and time! I'm going through all this sh*t at the moment. Sell integra sell!

I think this is a pretty cool alternative to a skyline or cefiro or what have you. With a few bolt ons, T28rs, you should have a nice and responsive street set up. Turn it into this! Do Work

Ok guys, jus had another idea. With the influx of 5x114.3 wheels for RWD Jappas, what is to stop me from getting a hub converter from 4x100 to 5x114.3? So if a rim is 38p, with a 20mm or 25mm hub spacer this might have a 17x8 or 17x9 rim sitting nice and flush? I'm prepared to pull the gaurds if need be. If it was that easy, everyone would be doing it, so what's the go there? I'm just toying with ideas at the moment.

Have a look at their Celica rallycar restoration. The word restoration just isn't good enough though

One of my alltime want-to-go places is Chernobyl. I've watched so many videos and read up so much about it, such a hugely fascinating place. For anyone that wants a good read/picture viewing, go onto this site: Kidd Of Speed. It's very interesting. Soviet era stuff is just so cool

There are a set of recaro fishnets on Trademe with E30 rails that I have my eye on, but fixing the POS comes first. They're practically the same but with a slightly different colour scheme and the fishnet headrests.

Lost Prophets went downhill after rooftops.. *shudders*, but a town called hypocrisy and last train home are awesome. Nothing wrong with Thursday though! Understanding in a car crash is a great song. Me, hmm, maybe rap? Or knowing far too much of the lyrics from Regulate by Warren G? Haha, on second count no, that's a legendary song. Eskimo Joe maybe?
