I would have thought the Nissan 200SX Spec-R and the Toyota Trueno/Levin/Corolla AE86 would have maybe been included, both are a nice drive, the AE86 more so. If you had have told me that a FWD isn’t a driver’s car last year I would have agreed with you, hell I would have been your vice president on the campaign stating they are for girls and people scared of oversteer but after my late discovery of French cars I have to disagree. I don’t understand the R33 being in there either, it’s better than the R32 but pales in comparison to the R34.

Mine is an 06, unfortunately the LSD gearbox wasn’t ready in 06 so they didn’t start fitting them until 07.. Lack of traction was the 06 F1’s Achilles heal so it seemed logical that I fit one. They are quite expensive but fitted its still cheaper than buying an 07 car. This diff is the same as used in the new Focus RS, the one in the 07 R26 is a Japanese diff the same used in the Mazda 3 MPS.

They come from England, I got it through the Australasian importer Palmside Motorsport in Christchurch, you can buy them direct from Quaife but you will only save $40.

Very nice, those wheels are massive, even on a 750iL, proportion wise you don’t realise how big the car is until you look at the seats!! looks like you put the effort in detailing it also, so many sevens are pig carts. Given I could afford to maintain one I would consider it. Best of luck with the sale

Thanks for all the info guys. Seems most are not M-Specification. All 540i have seen have had Airbags, later have multiple and a facelift interior. From what I can find in my old magazines the E34 had a last update in 1995, they also had a few special “run out†specified cars that had the works. Much like the e60 had an upgrade in late 06.
