Seen a 330d wagon this morning in palmy, was behind you till you turned off for the mall. Last night saw a dark grey facelift with a bunch of dudes, low as hell in the square Also been seeing a white e30 with bucket seats and a chick driving it, and also another white e30 that sounds like a turbo 318? (All in palmerston north)

yeahp, turn right at ngaruwahia and take the road through to national park, then go back to SH1 through waiuru seems to be the best way, ive done it probably 20 times, faster than going SH1 the whole way

sh*t man, I had one until 2 weeks ago id listed a few times, but I took an angle grinder to it, and then took it to the dump because no one wanted it haha

Im looking for the drivers inside foot trim? hard to explain, but youll probably know what i mean, the one that clips over the carpet in the inside, rather than the scuff panel on the sill?

Mine has snapped in half somehow. Been running like that for about 3 weeks, just thought it needed adjusting, and went to do so and its snapped lol. Need one asap obviously, would prefer in palmy but eh.

Thanks glenn, that sounds like a very possible idea, will check it when i get home. Which lower control arm mount was it? The lollipop? or one of the balljoints? Hopefully its not the lollipop, powerflexed those things a couple months back

They appear to be there, and quite tight, the sound seems to come from up by the spring, when im lying under it with a mate rocking it anyway,, The top shock bolt was my initial thought as well, trying to tighten them more twists the upper spring perch and you can hear the spring grating... I may have to find a pair of spring compressors to borrow, take the whole thing apart and put it together again haha.

Ok, this is driving me mental, I cannot figure out what is causing this. Everytime my right front wheel goes over a bump, there is a big clunk. When I rock it up and down on the right front wheel there is a small clunk. Does not occur on any other wheel. All the bolts are sh*t ton tight for all the suspension, and the clunk appears to be coming from the spring perch on the bottom, from what I can see. Just took it for WoF, no mention of the clunk from them, at least if theyd noticed then Id maybe know what it is! Anyone got any ideas, or take it to a mechanic?

got pics of hartge rear? what colour is it?

Sounds interesting, any special tools needed other than hammer? are you able to just hit the bottom of the new one in or do you think thatll munt the new one up? Cheers

Aight, failed the wof spectacularly....spectacularly less than i thought it would. Need a new ball joint on the left control arm, probably cheaper to go for a second hand one in decent condition than replace the whole control arm, so need one of those, preferably palmy/wellington at a stretch is fine, unless someones got a cheap new one. Also need to repair a long stretch of the exhaust thats leaking everywhere, so either a second hand exhaust from the downpipe mating join back including muffler if someones got a semi-loudish cheap one going, otherwise been quoted 135 to replace the section of pipe thats munted. Im not too sure if i want a larger wing, i like the lip but i want to know what itd be like with a bit more of a wing, maybe at mtech 2 or a hartge to keep the hartge love going. The plates a german plate, been pulled up a few times with comments such as interesting plate, but no problems with it being illegal, it was a 21st present from the missus haha
