Odd how its only got the front, Im pretty sure the dealer package was front and rear? Probably not a bad thing as the BMWP rear disks are not easy to find as are specific to 130 with BMWP. Curious if you have +SPBR coded to the VO, will give you an idea if they were installed by dealer or someone found them at a wrecker in Japan. Good thing is NZ wreckers are stacked with lesser engined E87s, so trim bits etc are easy and cheap. I have 2 motorsports seats here in same spec (both tidy) if you are interested.

Less money than E46 330i's, which have higher km's and significantly lower performance. Half the price of a 3.0 Z4 (significantly more Z4 3.0 and 3.0si's built than 130i's!) which share most of the parts and same performance as a 130...

Anyone else watching 130s not selling on trademe recently? Prices are low as sh*t, no ones buying them, even reasonable manual ones. We are easily the cheapest place in the world to buy a 130i at the moment

So far from FCP Euro I have got, due to shipping damage (not their fault, couriers are animals), one complete SMF conversion and a new OEM radiator (and it was an aftermarket that was bent)... easy couple of grand they covered with very few questions asked and little faff. Personally, for a few bucks, happy to pay for service. Schmiedmann on the other hand are hilariously sh*t, wouldnt touch them with a barge pole ever again after them sending me rusty torn seals and then refusing to replace them.

FCPs customer service is next level good, if you are concerned flick them an email and I bet they will sort it.

Cant comment on costs as Im a DIY guy Parts are not particularly expensive though. Labour for the rocker and oil filter housing will be a few hours, the sump will be significantly more as subframe requires dropping. Id definitely recommend https://www.pandsauto.co.nz/ who should be local to you, and are one the of the few workshops where I have had work done that wasnt sh*t.

Valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gaskets, and the sumps probably leaking as well. They all leak, if they are not leaking, they will soon Great engines otherwise. Take the plastic cover off the top of engine, it pulls off. Lift the latch on the connector for a coil, pull a coil out. If its dripping in oil, your valve cover is leaking not just on the outside (and onto the exhaust) but onto the plugs. It depends on how long its been leaking for if the coils require replacement.

Yeah thats leaking bad and has been for awhile, new gaskets and a good clean up. I wouldnt be surprised if the spark plugs/coils are swimming. If you pull a coil pack you'll be able to tell fast.

Not really, will need xenon headlights, ballasts, wiring and either coding the FRM (if the FRM supports it) or a new FRM and getting it coded to your vehicle. Its doable, and documented, but its not plug and play.

Halo lights? Xenons you mean? Its not quite as simple as change the lights unfortunately.

Its fine, I ran 19s with 235/35s for years. Got sick of bending rims on pot holes though.
