  1. had a good run out of our X5 4.4i 2001 model , done about 230ks , trans was rebuilt by previous owners about 10-15k's ago yea just watch out cam chain guide repairs also trans , other than that not too bad late v8's have the N62 engine , they have a lot more issues but use less fuel , 3l petrol too under powered really diesel 3l turbo probably a good option but the petrol v8's are cheaper to buy , just get one from a family or company that's owned it for years as they probably have spend the money on maintaining it rather than the quick flick it before it breaks guy

  3. floor mats got wet insurance company couldn't afford a wet vac so they wrote it off and dereged it make a good stripped out and caged track car

  8. your car should have bilsteins as standard fitment , but they are a non rebuildable type I had bilstein sports in my last silver m535i , then later on I had them revalved to suit lowering springs and track driving
  9. haha my e28 m535i RF shock is knocking im looking at fitting bilsstein HD shocks as the rears where replaced a while back with that type . you could go for the sport option , shall I see if I can get a bulk discount on 2 pairs

  11. 225/45 and 245/40 , just put them on the wifes wagon just before it got written off cost me around $1000 for the tyres
  12. have a couple options , for those some with no tyres or worn tyres and a mint near new set with RE003 tyres
  13. Mostly done just a bit a aligning to do on the bumper etc then some paint
  14. only one guard option for the ti , 2 bumper options , one std and one msport both pretty ugly the way the bumper clips to the guards is like all the newer cars e87 e90 etc bumper comes up higher meets at the point of the indicator lights where as the e46 sedan and coupe bumpers sit below the guards and indicators etc

  18. small update , got sick of looking at the front of this thing , so picked up some facelift sedan frontal parts in silver stripped the front off , gotta replace all he guard liners and brake ducts etc need to modify the guards to line up all the side molding lines etc , graft the front/top section of the sedan guard to the lower back half of the compact guard to make it all line up etc . guards are being worked on today by my local panel beater guy
  19. nice nz new 325i with leather , good spec , look for all the usual rust spots etc , also being a vert , look for damp floors from roof and seal leaks etc
