Hey Ollie, btccm3 installs alarms, I have a Mongoose M80 (5-star) which he installed for me mid way last year which has worked a treat and was cheap as chips! So you might want to chuck him a PM and discuss options for your alarm, I think he deals with both Mongoose and Dynatron. Cheers

I dont know most people just tend not to get our courtesty cars becasue of the costs or if you crash etc. You might need a full liscence, but I dont know. Ive never had to pay for courtesy car But I dont think taking your parents along will be much help if you are the one that will be driving it. Do you really need a nice courtesy car that much?
-
If you need a good courtesy car, go to JC BMW. I think its about $50 a day to have the car and a $5000 excess if you crash/damage it. I took my car in to JC to get a service done last week, I think I need to get my water pump changed soon as I was told it has a minor leak so will need to be done eventually, too bad I only changed the cam belt in May last year

Talk to Ray AKA HELLBM I got my Euro rear fill from him, good price too -
Thats deffinatly true, I hear of some pretty ruthless things that happen, seems in times like today with pre approved finances etc seems people dont even want to wait to steal your car they just steal it while your still in it. Im not saying car jacking is a new thing but it seems to be happening a lot more

I always thought his were just stockings over the lights?
-
They are still going, based out of St Heliers I belive
-
Shelly will proberbly remeber the time when the E30 we were in got bottled by and bunch of idiots in a jappa car that tried to race us
-
I dont mind the new A3's but the mid 90's models are mostly for lesbians with short haircuts. Get a A4 insted if you are deffinatly certain it is a Audi that you want

Thats the same size as the turbo in my E30

Yeah I woke up in the night about 2 months ago or maybe just a month to my alarm going off and it has been doing this lateley for no reason. But this particular night I heard it go off and just kinda sat up in bed and then went into the kitchen and got a drink of water and slapped all the outside lights on and looked out the window down the drive to make sure the gates were closed and went back to bed. Wake up in the morning and go outside and all my doors were open, yet nothing at all gone, everything left as is, mind you Im not one to leave many things of great value sitting in my car unless they really wanted my manuals and service book as many people who know me will say thats all I carry in my car haha

Hey Mark have you tried Shoe cream? Its like the shoe polish only it doesnt go shiny and it softens the leather really well and the colour lasts for months and doesnt streak I use it in my car a lot, and only smells like shoes for a day or two haha makes a big defference, you can look up my work I did on my leathers somewhere on here if you search

Yeah man keep the stripes they = 80's cool And period modifications look good and suit the car and the pin stripes deffinatly suit. In fact I wouldnt mind some pin stripes

Recommended Panelbeaters in Auckland?, Who do you use?
bimmer boy replied to steve R's topic in General Discussion
Yeah thats what I meant by buying back the car so you can get the wheels off and other bits you could keep or sell. They usually sell the car back to you at a really low price but not sure if they still do that -

Steve mate, I think and this is just my opinion is to just write it off. If you cant get a really well done panel job from a specialist it would be easier to write off the car. I dont know if you still can buy back your car but if you can buy back the car and take all the bits and pieces worth saving then scrape the rest and buy another cool E36 with the payout money. Thats what I would do anyway, I'd much rather have a different car that hasnt been crashed than one that is all fixed but not perfect and have things break a few months later, Ive seen it happen too many times. But thats just me -
Jerry Clayton BMW, Dont be affraid of the dealership its really not that expensive
-
Why, have they all ditched you becasue you've bought a real car?
-
Haha sounds like its bothering you quite a bit Edit - I just scrolled up and had a look at the fogs, I do agree flush mounted ones will look so much better, but hey I cant judge I dont even have fog lights
