  1. I always have them on because It increases visibility - Certainly on the motorways I encounter fewer right lane hogs when i have my lights on.

I started doing it when i bought my first Subaru; The lights turn off when the ignition is switched off, and back on when the ignition is switched on. So i never bothered using the switch.

Nowdays I have them on even in the BMW.

  2. Thanks guys, bought an 04 legacy GT, will see how it goes. I get the feeling I'm going to miss the euro's though, so expect to see me selling it and buying an other bmw in the near future :P

Cheers for all the help and advice while I owned my BMW, it made ownership much more enjoyable knowing that there were a lot of knowledgeable people willing to lend a hand. Hopefully I'll rejoin the BMW ownership club soon, when they bring out a 4wd estate! or when I can afford an X1

    Good Choice.

Just be aware that subarus (and in particular the turbo models) NEED to be maintained.

Fantastic cars otherwise, and mine will be in my ownership till the day I die. Though it will be losing its DD status in the next year or so for a 3.0R Spec.B

  3. My fuel guage light went out so i took the cluster out and replaced the bulb, which hasn't worked. Have tried three bulbs to no avail. all bulbs in good condition before and after installation. No other dash issues/light problems or dead pixels. everything else works as it should. 1994 E34.

    Possible cause?
