Good to see another dustpan lip spoiler on the boot. Amazing car as always. Decals looked awesome!
-
damn that looks like a good buy..

just out of curiosity, will there be a big or significant difference by swapping these into a e46 m3?

I guess the biggest problem is getting it cut cuz otherwise its too big and inconvenient. Ill get a photo posted up tonight when i get on my computer. If anyone in wellington has the tools and is willing to cut it for me plz let me know.. Also another problem is disposing of the rest i guess.. sigh too much trouble
-
Just need the tips but im happy to take the lot if youre bringing it up so u dont have to dispose of the rest. Please email me for details [email protected] Thanks heaps
-
Yea i understand but its pretty difficult when the seller isnt very keen to help.. ive called fastway they said they need the sender to call and book it not the reciever.. sigh
-
They wont cut it either! I might have to just fork out the freight charges.. jees its costing me more for freight than the actual item! Thanks for the offer tho!!

Hi all, i bought some exhaust pipes and tips from a company called powerhaus in wellington through a trademe auction. Ive been trying to arrange shipping to auckland but its turning out to be a nightmare.. Anyways what i need is for someone to pick it up from them in thorndon. Its roughly 8ft long according to them. But i only want the tips. If you could cut them off and post it to me in auckland will be willing to pay for the service as well as postage. I know its a bit of a hassle but freight companies r saying its gonna cost like $150 and wont do pick ups. Seller also wont package it or anything so its pretty difficult. Anyways let me know if anyone can do that. Or another option is if anyone is driving up to auckland anytime in the near future. I dont mind waiting a month or so.. Cheers all

200 per wheel so 800? good luck with that..

Definitely go with GAS graphics application services or something like that. They have a couple options for film choice and a normal car takes 6 hours to complete. They are always fully booked and the guys are experts as far as i know.

Its almost a shame that theres a 4.5l in there.. it seems like this should have been one of those 520i's thats been around the block
-
Its been up for sale on trademe quite frequently.. every few months and its been passed around heaps of different dealerships. Uses to have a euro bmw plate "CEM8" I think.. not sure about condition but doesnt seem like people hold onto it for very long..
-
ive been depositing $20 every few days to a separate account and ive saved a couple hundred already.. things are looking good

^i think it is a sign! At least give it a go, you will never know if u dont make a start now is the perfect chance to take that first step. For me i got really sick that forced me to stop for a week or so then it was a matter of taking steps forward one at a time. I did take a few steps back but still kept going and its going pretty good so far.

Its been a while since i "quit".. must admit i did smoke a few times. Less than 5 cigarettes and its been about a month or so.. cant say i dont miss it but feeling a bit healthier and feels good knowing i dont stink of smoke whenever i talk to people or walk past them.

Isn't there someone always wanting one of these? Fiji green.......

Get the perfect e36 then paint it this colour -
If anyone is handy with a dslr, u can use a cpl filter and take 5-10 shots with with different angles of glare and superimpose the images together to get a flat black colour.. but no1 has time for that.. Nice car btw would buy in a heartbeat if i was looking for an e30

i somehow think that the m3 should have the style 32s and the wagon should have the style 5s haha -
The red one is definitely genuine msport. Offer her 4.5-5k see how it goes

when i saw "328im3" it was in decent condition and probably well worth the 3.5k it sold for. but even then it had 220ks on it which to me was slightly high.. i have no idea how its been driven/maintained (if at all) over the last 6 months so i would probably stay away especially with an asking of 5.5k verts are no good for track (imo) due to safety issues and the extra weight, would stick with an e36 coupe for choice. here are some trademe links to which i think are good examples. first pick - 1999 328i coupe msport in red (decoded vin to find it was assembled late 1997) http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-679100758.htm second pick - 1996 328i coupe msport in silver (already been converted manual but unfortunately in chch) http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/328i/auction-626249730.htm third pick - 1996 328i coupe msport in black (has some decent AC Schnitzer mags on it and possibly a remus exhaust?) http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/328i/auction-625688131.htm no other decent 328i coupes on trademe from my quick search
