Not looking for someone to link me google results please. I am after someone either from the forum who can do it or knows someone that can do it. Just looking to powder coat some wheels but not interested in paying $100+gst per wheel as quoted by some shops.

This looks nice and at a fair price ... F10 550i MSport in Welly

The same thing is going to happen to these as the E60's. Just gonna get cheaper and cheaper until everyone has them! I reckon the 535i is the way to go if anyone is looking for the F10 chassis. Also dont overlook a modest 528i which is a brilliant NA 3L engine with the lovely 8 speed auto. They are certainly big cars though, feels more like a 7 series than a 5.- 17 replies

Style 67 dont come in 17" size. only 18x8 ET47 and 18x9 ET26. thus they will just be replicas. In saying that, good offset for a stock E36 and would look pretty good anyway

better story in this thread than 50 shades of grey

Go for something like this - considered one of, if not, the best https://avinusa.com/10-25-bmw-1-series-e81-e82-e87-e88-multimedia-navigation-system.html

Absolutely right. Much better/wider track compared to the very high offset style 68's. Also being 17 it gives plenty of profile on the tyres. Currently running 225 45 17 front and 255 40 17 rear and feels amazing to drive. Really shouldnt sell it...

And 90 pounds incl vat for glass sunroof? Bargain!!

Previous owner has taken it off and replaced with a blacked out 135 badge. I will probably remove it altogether soon

I really cant think of anything else that could top this unless I win the lotto so I'm sure it will be staying for a bit longer than 2 months! The trouble now is to decide which car to drive everytime I need to go out... first world problems smh

I have finally found the last car that I will have for a while. I have been searching all kinds of models to decide what to go for from E92 335i , E82 135i, E46 M3, E92 M3, M235i and also a renault megane RS265 but I have finally settled on what I think is the best car for me at this point which is the F20 M135i with N55 and 8 Speed ZF auto. Coming from a long list of previous BMW's as most of you know, it had to be a substantially newish car for it to be worth while upgrading. When I saw this come up for sale I jumped on it instantly, test drove and paid and collected within an hour of listing. Anyway, it ticks every single box on my requirements list - newness, powerful, practical, mod-able, and of course still BMW. (I still have my E46 which I absolutely love and would love to keep but I just dont see myself driving it as much now I have this thing which works great as a daily and a weekend car) I was lucky to find one with a sunroof which was my biggest requirement and this also came with a M performance exhaust already fitted which makes a great sound. Anyway, if you come long to the coffee meet no doubt you will see it but here are a couple of quick photos!

Have you driven one though? I think its plenty fun even in auto. Not trying to start up the auto vs manual (msg vs manual m3) debate but the 130i and 135i are both excellent in auto in my opinion.
-
Stripes are yuck for sure but wrong trans? Sure it's not a manual and would be awesome if it was but for the sake of a rare e81 u can't say no cuz it's auto. And actually this gearbox is flippin awesome imo. Very smooth and shifts pretty quick for what it is. Rev matches on downshifts and can even be flash tuned so definitely not 'wrong'

q&a says its singapore import. I would still buy it if I was in the market. these things are awesome, always wanted the 2 door and its got the right engine too

Two written off E46 M3's up for auction

for anyone interested in the rego history of the LSB e46 here it is: https://www.carjam.co.nz/car/?plate=mholic I remember seeing this around 10 years ago, MHOLIC was the plate. I was not wrong Looks like the owner of this car "BMWMMM" has moved onto a 2009 Black E92 M3 Also the Pheonix Yellow one was sold by Brent not long ago and until recently was up for sale on trademe without much luck. -
Yes, something like that would fit the bill. I will need to confirm the size but let me know price edit: Clip on design fits Thule Rapid Aero™ and square load bars. Not compatible with Thule Aeroblade™ load bars Seems like I cant use these as I have the aeroblade bars... dammit

Not a dumb question at all. Long story short there is not a huge difference between an msport and Clubsport. The most obvious is the cosmetic differences which are Clubsport rear spoiler (mine actually has the msport bootlid as standard), front bumper splitters (also does not have), different shape of side skirts, Clubsport logo on the door kick panels, removed sound deadening on the bonnet for better sound and weight reduction, options for better/different paint colours (usually estoril blue or velvet blue, mine is carbon black which is the e46 m3 colour over standard cosmos black) and also the 3D cube interior trim. Mine also has a tyre pressure monitor, automatic headlights, facelift led taillights and longer bootlid trim on the boot handle as opposed to standard taillights and shorter bootlid handle trim. All in all very minor differences oh and also they came with Clubsport specific wheels which were either the style 135 or another dished type can't remember the code. It's just a msport with fancy pants basically. It's just 5% more special than the run of the mill msport but nothign world changing.

Anything considered, preferably Thule but not important. Any condition also okay. Maybe someone has something stashed away they dont need.
