Exhaust and Air Filter/Intake Wouldnt go any further than that on a 2L, save the rest for upgrading to a 2.5 etc Also bushes, good shocks and some decent pads will make a massive difference

Carpet, Door Cards, Glovebox, Under Dash Panel (Unbroken) Virtually everything bar the dashboard and headliner. All must go. Also have, a set of black steelies with good condition old skool bmw hubcaps, standard air filter, housing and piping, and a whole pile of other interior and common car part stuff. Also a Sony GTX150 Headunit with a BMW harness in great condition and a set of Sony 4' Speakers going cheap. If you need something leave a message here and I will get back to you with a low price.
