  1. Haha once the Konis arrive on Monday it will be nearly. Yeah apparently the diff mount was around $300 to get cast. I got it for $xxxxxxxx LOL Sound deadening = already got 3rd degree burns from the 600 deg heat gun lol Should come show me your car bruv
  2. 169 at the flywheel standard maybe? Would equate to alot less than that at the wheels, sorry Im no expert but thats probably the explanation. 179 at the wheels would be what 190 - 200 at the fly
  3. Man if you werent down south, and the price was a tad lower, i would be tempted. Finding cheapish 15 x 7's in e30 offset with tyres is like hens teeth
  4. Update: Got some pictures of my new flash as diff mount Am waiting for my Koni's to arrive, soooooo got bored took a leaf out of JiB's book started doing this: Should keep me occupied all weekend. And gave my A pillar an ol' respray of sexy Calypso Rot (Not bad for a can job) Twidling my thumbs till Monday when front suspension will be done, brakes done and I will have a semi mobile Maroon Missile.
  5. Cheers man just saw that, I am more worried about finding the caliper clip if anyone has one!
  6. Am actually so gutted I missed this, was just looking for some tyres for my car. Enjoy them mate
  7. LOL looks like a reasonably tidy car if you took the gaudy kit off
  8. A clip that goes over the rear caliper of a 325 like this: (one with one) (and my caliper missing one) A rear sway bar mount, and the two bolts that accompany it, like this: And some rubber bleed nipple covers if anyone has any Thanks, Nathan
  9. *R33 Are probably those DTM's unsure of the model
  10. If you have some 15' weaves for a e30 I would be interested
  11. I want your car, like I will be honest wish I built something like this instead
  12. Thanks Jon, btw I see you got new wheels for your weapon, are you looking at selling any sets?
  13. Been busy as of late working on the car, but not alot of physical progress has happened. Have been busy fitting a urethane diff mount (thanks Paul #14) and refitting the diff to the subframe (Help me I can't get the bolts to line up with the subfame now (do I take the propeller shaft off? to make it easier?) Before the weekend I plan to have the car virtually road legal I am expecting to fit to my car: Sway bar mounts, inner arch guards, the rest of my exhaust, a painted bootlid, my rebuilt front Konis, my new Trusting Brake Pads (thanks Paul #14 again), bleed with Motul 5.1 Brake Fluid, Get round to repainting my A pillar, Refill the diff, sort out a brass fitting for my oil pressure sender, order a water temperature gauge sender and change the oil and filter, then it is pretty much drivable again so it can get a warrant. After that all I have to do is sort some semi slicks for my bottles or upgrade to 15's (if anyone wants to sell me any) and put r888's on. Get a half cage sorted, a cert for my bucket seat, some harnesses and a front strut brace and it is pretty much doneskis until I blow the motor up and put a m50 in.... Pics to follow accordingly with progress. Thanks everyone, Nathan
  14. +1 for air mass sensor, our auto legacy did the same. Either clean it yourself with the special CRC Mass Air Flow Meter Spray you can get from Repco, or go see Glenn and get it sorted properly
  15. Going by the pics on e30 tech its Mineral Blue # 231 Pretty sure that is the same color car, not the same plate but that is a NZ car in Newtown, Wellington off e30tech. Someone correct me if im wrong.
  16. With my E30 project to a nearly useable state, there are a few bits and bobs I need to complete it. Would prefer to pick up in Wellington, but will pay for shipping if desperate. Need: - A pair of Facelift Plastic Inner Arch Guards - One Rear Sway Bar Mount and a pair off bolts Will edit this if I think of anything else. Cheers, Nath
  17. Might be blasphemy on a bmw forum but those s2000's sound amazing
  18. Least it shouldnt break, will run on a smell of a oily rag and you know what they say, variety is the spice of life. You got variety in bucket loads with a a BMW Bahn stormer, a cheeky mercedes cabrio and a Honda MPV. Love it
  19. I agree with this, there has to be something tougher done i.e sale of car or crusher, but i guess taking a licence is still the most feasible thing to do, something like licence suspension for a extended period, with instant jail time thrown in, instead of just fines the majority of the time people do things wrong in regards to boy racer activities. End of the day its cliche as on this topic but something has to be done with education and preventing the idiots from getting a licence.
  20. Im getting my bootlid repsrayed today from Soverign down here in Tawa, will let you know how good of a job they do.
  21. Personally the paint has to be something wild, the rest of the car has mad original touches, so the paint should be no different. I vote for that lime jungle green on the newest porsche gt3 rs's...like this > http://66.160.188.111/.ee9ded1/cmd.233/enclosure..ee9ded2. with the centres of the wheels gloss black with the silver/polished lip
