I heard rockers were cheap as chips from BMW. I would suggest you access the damage first though. Snapped rocker can cause havok

Whats the difference between 6 dead babies and a ferrari ? I dont have a ferrari stashed in my garage.

Sometimes you dont get the same performance out of chips that are made for the US market that are bought over here. I'm not sure whether its somethign to do with the fuel mixture / octane levels or what. I think Carl was the one that tried oen and found the results quite displeasing.

you can never be to sure. Would you rather waste $145 or possibly lose out a further $500 + on servicing. Your about to buy into what you'd hope is years of motoring, I'd feel much safer hearing first hand how good condition the car is in.

Theres a switch in the centre console which can disable rear windows. Make sure thats not stuffed.

the AA Pre-purchase inspections havent been thorough enough for me to recommend. After an AA inspection, inspectors will refuse to comment or give recommendations on things as they think they will be held liable. I've had both MTA and AA pre-purchase inspections, and neither of them I believe we're to a standard I'd say I was happy with. Try BMW, by the sounds of previous poster it sounsd like they were extremely helpful and were able to make educated recommendations. I would recommend paying the extra $$$ and taking to BMW. At least then you know at your first service how much its going to cost and also your dealing with a specialist whom I'd hope would be much more thorough than someone who doesnt see BMW's every day.

152,000km's - 156,000km's - only owned a few months. Goes well.. no niggles just basic service.

so supercharged 330 not happening anymore ?
-
cheers i had a look but didnt see it. I personally think they're a bit out of place, just with a black dash and black components right the way through.. but nice aftermarket look. How do postage costs vary for different things you guys have bought from over there. They have a wicked selection of items in teh UK.

the main problem you'll run into is that the speedos on ebay will be in mph whereas, NZ speedo's are generally in km/h
-
nah, they have to be reclinable i think to be able to pass a WOF. may consider cloth sports recaros in mint condition.
-
not for the race car cheers Andy.

WTB - Sports leather interior. 2 door reclinable leather interior for BMW E30. Preferably black but blue acceptable in some circumstances. Door cards would be great too if you have them. I've got 2 sets of interior I'm happy to swap, with extra cash to purchase. Or just cash. If you have any for sale or your've been thinking about selling yours to make a little extra cash, heres your perfect opportunatey. Cheers Andy

Think about it this way - for a 320i turbo to exceed its use over the M3 it'd need to gain the following at least. Standard Pre-95 M3 - 286hp - must gain 136hp from stock M50B20 150hp engine. Standard Post 95 E36 M3 - 321hp - must gain 171hp from stock M50B20 150hp engine.

hey man, yeah I do but not sure if 2 door v 4 door matters. I dont think it should.
