they are bolted down, it will leave holes. Then you have to bog holes and repaint anyway, probably better off just buying a whole other boot and repainting it from scratch.

lololol ummmm... 'you cant do em right' ... how many auto gearboxes have you been throguh doing them right lol .. and I'm sure the people that dont do them right, have a further $300-500 that they could spend on buying other performance car mods ie. racing stripes or alcohol.

my one has a straight bar extending across rather than your angled sections. Semi bracket style, I'm assuming this would be less rigid than a angled brace..

pic two ... just keep in mind the rear strut brace is much more simpler than the front. So design will vary. This strut brace is designed for E30's specifically, so no mods needed... I hope lol. Cheers Andy

here are some pictures of the rear strut brace if thats anything to go by for the quality of the goods. These pictures we're taking of the unused item, loosely put together to avoid scratching etc as dunno if I'll put it on or end up selling it now that race car has been written off.

I'll put up pics one I recieve them of the front strut brace. The price I gave you is just an estimate, I believe you'll be looking at aruond there abouts. The extent of them is debatable, these are much cheaper htan other options but not necessarly as good. I decided to buy a set to try them out, my rear strut brace is here and although it doesnt look that tough, it is pretty durable and strong. The designs incorporate a hinged design, which I'm told can make differences but I'm not so sure.

better known as .... a strut brace. I can get them from overseas through a hookup, have got my rear strut brace but front hasnt arrived yet. Your looking at sub $200 + delivery. Delivery was about 4 weeks.

make an offer - not really worth selling if offers are anything less than what I want, let above $300 be a starting point but not what I'm after. Have supposedly brand new tyres on them, as told by previous owner. (have only had them a few days now) Set of 15's just sold for $500 without tyres ... if it helps give you some bearing on what is reasonable. note to others : will be getting more into parting it out not next week but the following, as that is when my exams are finished and holidays are all go.

Sorry to be teh bearer of bad news but unfortunately it wont fit, I take it your the guy asking on Fast850csi's auction. I know the guy, he should know it wont fit. Although they are probably both getrag 240's, apparently there are 12 different types.

I'm looking at a set of 15" 205x55xR15's dunlop direzza dz101's or something.. $140 incl fitting and balancing each .. not too bad ?
