Fantastic Brent. Quite the BMW Diehard aren't you? Looking forward to the results, any idea when you will have it completed & running? -
Exactly. What a waste of $28+

Well what can you say, just another vandal attack. This article is blatantly begging for someone to fix it, so many number figures mentioned. That is the impression I get anyway. Plus $1800 could almost do a full respray! -
I shall get a PS3 then. Exciting.

Semi off topic, but when is GT5 full to be released in NZ?
-
It's just a game.

I wouldn't go because Jay Z is there. As much as I like U2's Music, I can't be bothered going along to their concerts, Bono always has to throw his political opinions around, it's like shut up and play your damn songs.

Great clip.

What year is this E39? Looks like a later one, telling by the front end.
-
In frontal impacts, how well do the E39's fair? Anyone seen a crashed one, been in a crash driving a E39? Any links to information here would be good. From what I have found, they seem to be 4-5 star crash rating cars, then again I suppose it depends which group did the testing.

Looks the part.

Pretty awful. Wheels -> bin them indeed. Plus its red. I don't see the appeal of E28's or these, too old.
-
Mmmm I collect those tanks. They are so useful.

Rather surprised at at level of service getting warrant from dealer.

Good to hear that. At least some people care! -
Exactly, I always find nice locations when selling my cars to make them look as good as can be, and take pictures at the right time of day, on the right camera settings from all kinds of angles, then sift though them to find the best of each shot. Many people are really bad when it comes to taking pictures of their car for online auction purposes, and they complain when no one is interested!

Yes, please maintain a standard of English here. Also there is not much you can do to modify a 316i apart from change the motor to a larger one. -
Decent pictures make all the difference.

Oh my, how stupid am I, I read it the other day thinking it had closed! That is hilarious.

Sold for nearly 23k. Pretty worthless Sad it would never fly again. I wouldn't want to own something like that based on the fact its sole purpose was to fly and I won't be doing it anymore. It's like having a really awesome car that can't be operated. .

Cool mate. What is it? A 540i?

For some reason E39 leather seats in pictures always look really... I don't know, cheapish and tired out? What is the leather like in person? I've only been a E39 with cloth seats. I've got the impression E34s had better leather, is it of a cheaper quality in the E39s? Slightly off topic! That black 126,000k one looks quite good for the money, but as with any E39 I would definitely get a PROPER check on the car.
