Even after reading that i still still believe there is one law for one and another for others. I agree there can be certain circumstances that must be looked at. I am not saying he should be treated harder than anybody else but treated in the same manner as anybody else. If a taxi driver who is say off duty gets caught in one of the blitz's say i bet he looses his license and has a conviction recorded against his name.

A conviction should have been recorded against him just like anybody else and if it effected his job then so be it the same as anybody. He made the decision to drink and drive and the excuse of i did not realize i had drunk that much just does not cut it. If i had gone up for it i would have had a conviction against me regardless of my job, Oh wait unless i was a cop. These are the people campaigning for lower speeds and how there are so many deaths on the road because of drunken drivers, If that's the case then he deserves to loose his job as he is committing what what they are condemning.

Same goes for high profile sports people, Hey get pissed and drive a car or maybe beat up your wife, does not matter i will get off with a slap on the hand with a wet card. You do the crime that society has deemed unacceptable then you do the friken time like anybody else in that position would get. Sorry just really pisses me off, And they wonder why people are losing respect for the police, Gee i wonder why.

Cool, They are really easy to deal with and you can track it as it gets to you, was just over a week for mine to arrive. Also after you receive it just keep an eye on their website (under software) as they do updates to the firmware which is so simple to update your device with.

Yup they are all the same you just select which install you want, Radio or trunk and also if you want to include an ipod cable as the usb version has ipod interface anyway, That way you get the right cable when you recieve it. I just ordered the unit and selected trunk install. I received the unit the cable which is just plug and play into the existing plugs in the trunk throw some songs on the usb thumb drive they include (but you can use any thumb drive). You can also select to get a 6ft 3.5mm male to male cable if you want to run a cable from the unit to your external device. The trunk install is the easiest as its a 30 second install as opposed to having to take stereo out and mounting the unit somewhere in the dash.

I have no experience with dice so sorry cannot comment on it, I purchased the grom usb unit and have nothing but praise for it. If you go into a dealer with your vin number they could give you a build sheet which will say if you are prewired for cd. 692 CD CHANGER i-BUS PREPARATION

I would dare say its pre wired for one, So any of the dice, grom usb units can just plug directly into your existing cables and hey presto no more music worries.

Just for your info, When i had the door cards done at the front all the white plastic clips that hold the complete panel in place were replaced with new ones, The main weather seal on the drivers side was also replaced. Another thing i done was the window regulator on drivers side was replaced as well. Must admit i never experienced any problems with moisture in the cabin at all.

Yup i have one, Used it on both my e36 and e46 with no problems, I can reset the airbag light if you want but unless you have fixed the problem that triggered it it will just come back.

I grabbed the 720p version of it and watched it on the big screen. You can see why he is No 1, That's out of control, I probably would have slid off at the first corner at the speed he was going. Just awesome.

Hmmmm i had no problem with this, I always just dropped a tad of wd40 into all the locks about once a month to keep everything fresh.

Guys i am after some info on mounting a fire extinguisher in my e46, Its just a safety thing i would like to put in and i feel is always handy to have in your car. Are there already mount points in the boot or anywhere that anybody knows of. ?? Any info would be great.

Jeff Gray where the guys who did the water pump and idlers and the fan was replaced as well as the water pump bearing went and threw the belt off and destroyed the fan blades. Was all covered under warranty. They would have done the coolant replace so i am sure they used what was correct.
