Nathan, I had the same problem, the mechs at BMW soaked the ICV, Checked the AFM and checked for vacuum leaks, also adjusted the throttle cable. It turned out being the throttle cable (the one that joins to the black thing that says BMW, lol) it was not adjusted properley I guess you could always give that a go, just an idea, because its embarassing stalling in the middle of the st lol.
