That is neither the original owners problem, nor BMWs. The less old models on the road "devaluing" the brand the better from BMWs point of view im sure. There are plenty of scruffy BMWs Mercs Audis around, bits of trim falling off etc, its a rapid decent on any car once the value slips below $5k

E34 Touring are very cool. biggest things to have a look at are the wiring for the boot lid around the hinge, that rubs and perishes. Also the sunroof models are generally more hassle than they are worth, i suggest if you do end up getting one, just never open the sunroof or maybe use the tilt only. they can sieze open leaving your car unsecure/wet etc. Brendans would be a good choice, when i had it, no evidence of loom rubbing that i can remember, and its a slick top type.

i used to have one of those, is it a farm quad? got it up to 80km/h in high range in a park once, on a different occasion got too cocky and got it up on two wheels, i flicked the handlebars the other way and stopped it rolling though. sold that and brought an SJ410 like my dad, much safer lol. Can see why kids (especially boys) kill or seriously injure them selves on these, i was about 14 15

yep this. But all manual cross members are the same, it just bolts to the body a bit further forward on the body using the sliding notches on edges of transmission tunnel

Need a running M60, can be 3L or 4L type. can be with or without auxilaries like alternator, starter, power steering, but otherwise complete, don't want to be doing loom swaps intake swaps etc etc For a E32, shouldnt be any difference to E34 as far as i know???

nicely specced too, only the very last of the E34s had airbags both passenger and driver, wider grill on all models, facelift, usually premium audio standard etc. if you were in the market for a 525i this would be the one to get.

from memory, there are 5 wires there, you leave two of them crimped off to themselves, and the other three you join all together is that right? havent done a manual conversion for like 5 years now.
