I have a 2nd hand K&N panel filter to fit an E30 standard airbox. I think these things go for around $100 retail. It is freshly cleaned and oiled so it is like new but you will need to buy a K&N service kit (approx $20) to service it when you next feel the need. I will courier it anywhere in NZ for $5 or you can pick it up from Albany. PM or phone 027 544 8699

very nice car! she'll hold her value if you look after her. Make sure your tints are good quality and don't cut or drill any holes in interior panels or trim for "sounds". Enjoy the car, i know i would!

there is no real hoari way of doing this. there are valve spring compressors around that aren't bmw ones. expect to pay around $100 for one.
