It would look nicer if it was a little more lowered in the rear. It's also not the best photo to compare with all the different angles in the back ground and the sloping drive. Take a photo on level ground with a neutral background.

Your problem may be getting the broken bolt out first. How did it break would be my first concern, over tightened or cross threaded and an attempt to get it back out. I'd get it checked by Jon at Auto38 in Welly

The head of the bolt has broken off. Looks like an old break. That photo's not the best

I'd check for fault codes first and attend to anything that comes up

Have a talk to Autolign in Carbine Road Panmure

It releases from the inside of the transmission and you buy the fitting complete sleeve with seals. You normally do this with a transmission service. New filter/pan, oil and mechatronics sleeve. Set oil level at 45c and clear all fault codes and adaptions.

Not nice to have that happen Chris. It wasn't good before all this that is happening and it will get a lot worse as I've said before. What's up with the pooch ? Too old ? I always had dobermans when I lived in the suburbs. Great family dogs when well looked after and trained by there owners... I bred them. Pity they stopped docking them.

If you click on the link it goes to the X5....if you copy and paste the add number it goes to a canon camera ?

You'll need to get it scanned again, fix the fault and reset the system. Will be occupancy sensor, wiring harness or seat belt receiver.

I'm fairly certain that's illegal in NZ for road use.

I have never thought Politics or Religion discussions should be allowed on this Automotive Forum. There are other discussion groups on the internet where you can express your views. There needs to be an adjustment of the Forum Rules section on a number of subjects. These are in need of an upgrade
