Yeah, it's quite a shallow speaker. it's quite a big magnet still. It's a chode magnet.

the stock rear speakers are 4", you can fit 6.5" with spacers easily enough though.

I upgraded my b20 to b25... It's still auto but oh the difference is quite apparant when you put your foot down a tiny bit much and the gearbox decides to kill you. do it. Next step... Manual

I think it really needs a new ECU, then it's potential could be untapped. alllthough a non-turbo M20B25 gets around 100kW ATW so 50kW gain isn't too bad then I suppose. think of the torque

You can buy these new from a local shop that can get "SHOCK MOUNT" parts. it's Sims Brakes in Dunedin. No point messing with a used one as mine ripped in half as soon as we removed it. $60 dollars for one for the M20.

Mine too, I'm not a fan of the non-OEM mods... some just look a bit tacky for my liking. Allthough I do rember seeing someone fit an E46 console in his E30, looked pretty mint.
