Yup... Clearly stock then.. They looked a bit nice to be stock though... as most stock stereos I pull out of cars this age, the cones are completely knackered.

Would be keen, But don't live in Auckland

And, sweet they'll fit using the alpine spacer that came with the set... will put these in as soon as I find dad Cheers for the info

Was going to go out and pull the kick panels out of my E30, then measure up everything to see if i can space out and fit my 6.5" in.... Nope, Couldn't work out how, so here I am Anyone know how, or have a guide? Ta, Michael

Hmm, I would set this, but my car is much too old for that I diddn't know that it was illegal to have your fogs on all the time... Seems a bit silly imo... Unless they were giant foglights like 4WD's have.

Welcome!, Compulsory pics?

My friend has one of the USB Freeview HD things, needs a resonably quick computer to work with but it works out of the box with Windows Vista and Seven... He also lives 20km out of town, and it works just in the back of his box.

Yeah, it use to not.. use to have to look it up on the apple site and download manually.

My old car was like this, turns out both rear shocks were screwed. (this car was stock) (was a 99' Mitsi Lancer) Good idea to get it checked.

I have an iPod, well Two infact... One runs Rockbox very nice peice of open source firmware, allows you to drag/drop music however you like, and it looks different and confuses people the other iPod has a sad life. (the screen is cracked) But yeah, iTunes is the biggest issue with iPods.

Heh, Went and had a looksie, it's pretty rough... most of the paint just isn't shiny anymore... however the kit looks salvagable. -
I recently replaced my driveshaft mount, gearbox mount, and center bearing in an E30 Bought all the parts from "Sims Brakes" in Dunedin.

Sounds cool... would be nice if i could have my lights on all the time at the turn of a key however. (allways use park+foglight)

Out of pure boredom I'm going to have a look at that tomo, er later on today... Wonder what it'll actually go for... -
My dad has a powerbuilt I think, it gets used frequently (He's restoring a 1948 Chevrolet Loadmaster) But a low profile one would be good, His jack can't fit under my front apron.... Also, since the load peice (the round bit at the top) just pulls out, he bought a peice of 7mm plate and a bit of rod, to sit where the round peice goes, to assist in removal of gearboxes....

I like it, rims look good and I really like that interior.

I'm sure I read somewhere they were, if you had side mirrors, Could be wrong though. Nice car! It should allready be fast!

rofl, take that....

Good Auto Meter ones... I like the ones that you can only see when they're powered up. But... What's wrong with the factory Speedo and Tach? Fair enough for additional oil/batt/water ect.... if it's pushed hard all the time...
