Thought I'd make my own thread, rather than jack the e30 thread. Basically a Q to Glenn or anyone else who has. --- How do you go about certing for lower than 100mm? Do you need to prove its safe at that height or simply just get a cert? Whats the legal run down - is there a website with an explanation as to how to get it legal at so low? You say (Glenn) yours is 75mm & cert'd....Im keen to know how you go about this. May need to do that with my Honda - may, as in, will need to see how low it sits after some TLC. Thanks.

Park it up in a shed and just wait until parts start to be come scarce & laugh at other people when they REALLY need a part & you can go here, have this door, for 3x the price what it used to be

In Hamilton we got "Hamilton WOF Centre" - I'd say they are superior to VTNZ. I took my car there for a WOF and they were too picky. But they failed my on a crooked headlight And they were $10 cheaper than VTNZ for Pinky removal. I think people think VTNZ is the best/superior because of the ads.

BAD666 or something? I've seen alot like that around. Someone tried selling DUY666 on trademe (govt issued plate) as personal what a fool. Tried saying he bought it to be "death upon you 666".

8s go pretty good. I have 2 fusions 8s in my garage, but the terminal plug things got broken off - havent got around to fixing them. They went nuts. I miss using them.

As kaz said. A few cents is all it costs. Hand over your govt plates (to be destroyed) then show proof of the personalised plates and pay a few cents for the new rego slip. Easy as. But when you change back to govt plates it will cost $15 for replacement plates. But if changing to another set of personalised plates, just need to do the same as with the first personalised plate.

I saw that on Trademe. Is really worth rebuilding? I also notice the big FORD sign in the last photo

WTF has peoples ideas got to do with their own cars? But as e30ftw said, everybody likes to do a bit of personalising on their Daily. I know what that is. But the original body colour wont suit it. IMO.

I hardly go out now (no licence) so yeah, but have seen it a few times. Stands out hard in that colour...

As I already, shadowline wont suit it, especially if he does colourcode it all. So...what you you gonna do #1?
