The first two graphics drivers, I loaded on, were the wrong ones. Hence causing my problems. Each time i reformatted, me thinking that SP3 did not reinstall the correct driver properly or something. What a mission. My 6yo craptop lives for another while thou. Almost started hitting things, but had a chilaxative for a few hours, stopping before it got nasty. Help came via the Driver DVD label on it www.hp.com/support and had it done from there. The system restore Driver recovery DVD, I had for some reason did not want to run. All my problems are now gone, and most likely have a few more grey hairs somewhere. Thanks for all your help. Cheers Tim

The 1st time sp3 was loaded on, the laptop would not turn off(power down) after clicking either of the hibernate/SD/restart options. I reloaded sp3, thinking i would solve my power off issue, which it did, now i dont have hiberate but it turns off. The hiberate/standby option was there first time it was loaded on. You can just see the 'standby' but is unclickable. >I have read on the comp forums that this is unfixable from some at the moment until a patch comes up.

I have done a search on the web, but I have forgotten which M30 block can increase the displace to about 3.6L on an M30 motor? and i cant find it anymore. Sort of similar to the 'e' block on the 'i' head for the M20B27 build, but for the M30. I have read that you can use an old e23 or e12 big six (with the right engine block numbers) slap it on a later model M30 head and you got some more displacement. Does anyone know the numbers of the engine block, i am after? I have 2 M30 blocks that i can have if i want them. Also, has anyone on here done this or heard it before? Any knowledge would be helpful.

The noisy mozzie that you can hear while your sleeping are male mozzies. These ones dont bite. Rather its the silent, female ones that do all the biting. (so i have been told) Why dont shop keepers just play Concert FM or Talk back to discourage them on staying.

I want one for my daily. Might have to fabricate some sort of storage unit for it.

looks more like a 5er, and so so ugly. I wonder if bmw will have the option of just selling the engine without the rest of the car. I will be able to put a new engine in a car that looks a, shite lot better like an e30.

Currently, I'm in Tauranga. Thanks for setting me straight. Price on the DZ101 would be better.

I cant remember which one's i had on, honestly. Did i have 2 bottle's and 2 16"s on? If so same tyre. Got offered some 'Roadstone' N3000 215/40R16 for $175incl each on car. Might go with them. Has anybody used these tyres? The manager said these are new to the market and made under license from dunlop. Where some DZ101 215/45R16 $210incl each. i think i might get this.

Currently the trade off I take, is the lower profile gives me a trade off for clearance, on full lock. Z is just the extra load rating, i think by memory. Stiffer overall construction, etc.... On my botttles i run a 195/60R14 (NCT5), again smaller tyre but the trade offs are much the same. Except looking more stealth. They are coming up 27,000km in under a year of Tim driving. Yeah i know i have talked about this alot, it just I cant make up my mind in changing tyre sizes. now that my application as changed. Im just trolling for people's opinions on which size tyre's i should consider, before buying. I was thinking of going for a 205 or 215/XXR16 tyre with the extra weight of the M30. 215/45, i think is want i will try for.

OK, at the moment I am running 215/40/ZR16 ventis K102 on my 16" x 7 ROH Z's mags. These wheels rolling diametre is just smaller than factory. So the car reads 5 kmph to fastt han whats its accually going. I was wondering if i was better off going to a 205/45 size? Any suggestions?

Why dont you look at changing over to a mirco vee belt system used in the e36. You will need to move p/pump & alternator back/forwards a little to make it all line up. You maybe able to bolt on same pulleys that the e36 uses.

If anyone's pay is to be increased it should go to SNR Nurses. They are one's supervising and preventing simple mistakes made by some JNR Doctors. This group should also be giving more authority over the care of patients recovery. Having a spin off of reducing the need of JNR doctor hours. In my opinion, this is the best value for the general public.
