I agree! Repco, supercheap and BNT in masterton had no idea how to find the pipe....
-
Where to get e36 m-sport then?
-
I urgently needed the heater pipe from the head to the water valves in my E36, I rang everywhere down here and then tried Jeff Gray BMW in palmy, they said $77 excluding swindle tax and postage....I decided to fire up the computer and ring HellBM, very helpful! $30 including postage! Absolutely brilliant cheers Ray.

I would have the E36 M3 out of that list. My ultimate daily driver would be a UR Audi Quattro [for that 5cyl howl] or a 1965 Alfa Romeo Guilleta sprint 1600 coupe...nom nom nom...

Nicely done. Brilliant tow pigs those dirty chromadores

I could fix it very cheap..... -
That must be the perfect E30. I want the rims!

My E36 has the 704 body and suspension option. But it only has an M spoiler [don't think the skrts are M] It is certainly M in the suspension department. The reason for the lack of sexy M kit on her is I have found some accident repair [Me being a super fussy panel beater, nobody else sees the paint differences] The suspension makes a difference in comparison to my brothers old e36 325i sedan [whale]

Photo's up. I'm still loving the M sport suspension

Boston green is good. Two doors also. I'm quite liking this 320i! It has 164 KM on the clock, auto sadly, btu, couldn't go past the deal. Has a couple of minor niggles...loosing coolant being one of them. Looks extremely pretty after several hours of polishing!

Need options codes translated on my new toy.

Cheers mate. It's good to know the suspension was optioned in, would explain why it rides different to the last E36 and handles quite nice. -

Thank's mate. It was 818, my mistake. -
I have just aquired an e36 320i/a2 in boston green with 164km. Please somebody help with the build codes, 0240, 0243, 0423, 0428, 0481, 0530, 0530, 0542, 0686, 0687, 0704, 0618, 0900, 0925. Or a link [that I cannot find] to the list of option codes. I also think it has a ZF box in it, box number is A5S-310Z I will post pics of the sexy new beasty when I have given it a insane clean.

We run an MSD on our top alcohol toy and get good results. Reasonable amps and good voltage. Ours is only triggered by a set of points too
-
Just a quick idea mate, would you be able to run an MSD ignition?
-
Thanks Glenn. It was an air lock in the heater. I was having a severe brain fart not too realise what it was
-
I'm printing for sale sign out for my car now. I could do with one of these.
-
Oooooh soooo tempting now! Does she ride nice? God it looks great
-
I would love to buy it. But, somebody must releive me of my nana car first. It's on my wish list and good to hear you like it! Oh, did you take it for a drive?
-
Big Bump! Am willing to have a trade with cash difference [not too much] and preferably a bike...but open to w.h.y
-
I adore that 70.5 Comaro! Best looking shape ever. Very good looking E30 too mate! Thumbs up

My older brother has an E36 320i/A2 that has me a wee bit stumped. When it I took it for a nice wee drive [was considering buying it from him] then parked it up again it was making nice "gloop gloop" sounds when turned off after being at operating temp [needle never fluctuated] Sounded as though it was pulling air through the overflow if that makes sense? He has informed me it takes a wee bit off water every now and then, but, in his ownership has never over heated. Also the coolant level warning comes on when the reservoir has plenty of water in it. Is this to be a worry? I was thinking perhaps it had an air lock somewhere? But I would then expect it to overheat. I'd like to know why it does this, as, the Jatco jerk is a big enough put off as it is.

Ouch! Is that a factory Banana rod?
-
Don't need the hill or tail wind with a Morris....I can do 50mph on the flat very happily! Such raw power the A series austin has....

If all goes well I shall be picking the new beast up on thursday!
