A few weeks back I got pulled over speeding up to 100km/h slightly too early coming out of the 70 zone after Pirongia (I think it was Pirongia) on my way to the mountain. The cop showed me her radar reading 92, and I took my ticket and off I went. Now I'm just about to pay the fine online but I've noticed that the ticket says 94km/h not the 92 which her radar was displaying when she showed it to me. I just wanted to check if anyone knows what the brackets of price increase are - the fine is $170 for being 24km/h over the limit and I thought I might as well check before I paid if it'd be the same for being 22km/h over. It's probably the same but worth checking! Not keen to hear any lectures about speeding - it was a ridiculous situation where I was literally about 100m before the 100 sign, on a straight road, at 6:30am with no-one around (except for the sneaky policewoman!) - I'm not trying to get out of the fine, just wanting to make sure I only pay whats "fair".

Seems like a sharp price! Good luck with the sale

Nice! Are you getting much tyre rub in the rear? I think you should lower the front just a little bit more

A friend of mine has an E36 coupe with a cracked windscreen, and he's been given an E36 Ti compact windscreen from his mate. I don't know anything about e36s so this might be a stupid question, but does anyone know if these are interchangeable? Cheers for any help!

I just had to post this - I can't believe that someone would think that they can sell a car with that attitude haha. Unbelievable! http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=637540299 Edit: Forgot to mention - check out the Q&A section

Hi guys, My twin sister is heading to South Africa later this year to represent New Zealand in the Southern Hemisphere championships for Mounted Games, an exciting discipline of competitive horse riding/racing (you may or may not have heard of it, check it out on youtube if you want more info). This will be her second time competing in this competition - the last time was in 2010 where she captained the NZ team to victory. Since then she's missed out on the 2011 and 2012 Southern Hemisphere championships and the World Championships due to two consecutive broken legs keeping her on crutches for two seasons (see here for a bit more info on that: http://www.stuff.co.nz/auckland/local-news...ck-on-the-horse). As a part of her fundraising, she is auctioning off a gym membership which was donated to her by her gym, Contours Albany. This is a bit late notice, since the auction already closes tonight (8pm), but I only just thought of posting it up here. Bidding is only at $255 at the moment - still well below the $660 value of the membership, so if you're looking for a present for your wife/partner/girlfriend/sister/daughter who wants to get into shape then this could be a bargain! Please take a look at the auction: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=634420267, or pass the link on to anyone you know who might be interested. Thanks for helping her raise the funds to represent New Zealand in this growing sport (and hopefully bring back the trophy again!). Cheers, Sascha

This! 1989 NZ New 325i E30 - that's where it all began.. Even had it on some BBS RS243s for a while (as in half a day, because I was too tight/poor to replace the massive tyres on them so that it was driveable)

Relisted at $7,700 Took it to Mt Ruapehu last week and it was a pleasure to drive, but I've got to move it on to free up some garage space!
-
Bump Relisted at $7900 reserve, with a fresh WOF
-
Wait.. Your girlfriend convinced you to get an m3?! Think you've got a keeper there mate!
-
PM'd you

I'm liking the double lip, my only suggestion would be to try and get it mounted more flush on the sides, so that it looks more solid and less like it's just hanging there. Other than that, I love it. Oh and nice photos too!
-
If this means you just PM'd him the secrets to owning an E92 M3 in your early 20s (?) I want in!

Okay thanks. I'll have a chat to my dad and see how he feels about lowering the price if nothing happens with the auction this week. It's actually not bad for space to be honest. I've taken it on several road trips and we've always had plenty of room. If you're actually interested in switching to a BMW you're welcome to come check it out for space. Cheers

Looks reasonably tidy for kms! Just one point - that's not a Mtech I steering wheel. On another note, look at the first bidder's username "bmwssuck" haha GLWS
-
Bump any thoughts on the price?
-
Oh that makes sense then! Cheers

Alright, this is back up for sale for real now - has to go!! Selling my dad's 2001 E46 touring for him because he's moved back to Germany. My sister's been using this for a while now but she's just moved to Sweden so this has to go! Details are all in the listing, as are photos. Will sell it for $8k $6900 $5000 to a BS member. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask! Visit My Website http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=719182901
