Timewarrior Introduction - Dunedin
euroriffic replied to timewarrior's topic in New Member Introductions
Dude, that sucks Sooooo much! Seems like the previous owner got sick of the project, 'just slapped it together to get it going then make it someones elses problem. If you need a hand gives a shout, I've got full wiring diagrams for e36s so least that should help with the engine side of things and I'm sure Mike (antil33t) will have many e30 diagrams for ya to figure out the rest. -
That's bullshit! Talk about double standards. How long they make you wait? I would of driven my car as far as you could go then hold the horn on untill they moved haha!

Yea I guess Itl bump it up a fair whack but still be cheaper than the others on Trademe
-
Such an amazing car! Love it!

All depends on condition of sale I guess. Don't think it works like rego where if it's out and you do change of ownership they have to back pay it and you pay from the time it's in your name.

Quick question about E36 thermostat replacement
euroriffic replied to JJohnsen88's topic in Maintenance
Try Paul at miland, he sells plenty of oem quality parts on trademe and is local. But if your doing the thermostat you should probably look at doing the water pump aswell as they can fail if it's old -only about 100buks. Also good time to check over the hoses etc to sell if they need replacing. -
The basian write up is an extremely detailed, step by step guide to do it, that's what I'm using as a guide so should make things pretty clear and shouldn't need the special tools either by the looks of things.

Hahahahaha that's Freakin sweet!

Haha all the 36 boys first to comment! Welcome and hope we can help you out in the future! Also, pics!!!!!!!

Ordered all parts for my dual vanos rebuild last week from basian and BMW so will be giving that a go in the following weeks. Also doing before and after dyno runs too to see what a difference it makes.
