I bet the fella that had it lost a packet on it as well, But it is 217ks and 11 yrs old, even if it looks in good Nic. You would aim to pick up an early 545 E60 for under $10 at Auction with that mileage so probably right as mechanically identical. Sort of makes you think standard E39 prices are going to take a pasting soon Still damn tempting

Degreaser and clean through the engine bay on the E38, should make finding the leaks easier, although might not like what I find

Yeah, they've signed up for 32 special 730s no doubt they will be a stripped down version and they are leased. Apparently even a couple of armoured ones Even arriving before the retail stock

Yip, wife did the E61 the week before we toured away for fortnight, pain in the ARSE. meant to have had it properly fixed, still haven't, looks 98% OK though She is very careful now, so am I as I don't want to hear the ' told you so' speech if I take it off -
