Nice, yip looks sharp. Nice shine

Had a couple of cars with this on. Basically it does wear off after about three years. No problem waxing it though Clay bar it to remove whatever is loose and then do a normal polish and wax. I'd suggest if you've got swirls already it's likely warn out there anyway. I found this finish was Ok if you want a easy to clean not real glossy finish, good for a work car. Nothing like you can get with a good wax.

Some pics after being clayed

Left mirror replaced Wipers replaced Cabin filters replaced Memory seat unit replaced - thanks Dave Mud flaps removed, hideous things General clean and then a full going over with the clay bar, ready for compound and polish Gotta love those clay bars, paints come up super smooth Still gotta check oil leak, not that bad though, and after filling washers I've sprung a leak, further look into that tomorrow

Good work Mike, keep it real to the issues you have and not the personal sh*t that they are on about. Remember the squeaky wheel always gets attention, in these guys case not because they care but because they want you to go away.

E39 540... or somthing like it... my eyes...

Reserve must be pretty high as well, look it's likely to appeal to the lads, but OTT well and truely. He left out the extra 200hp this will clearly give it with the speedy things attached. Motorsports E39 would be the easy choice for 99% of us I'm sure about that LOL -
Awesome Dave, exceeded my expectations. Not as quick as the 550 but sh*t that's stupid quick anyway. Awesome handling for such a big car I'm a convert well and truely:)

Well my Sunday Driver got collected today. A 2000 E38 740i, NZ New 205ks Got it ex Turners for $2400. Using this as a bit of a track on the progress. Initially mechanics look pretty good, drives really well, no clunks or anything. Good service records. Interior is pretty filthy though and everything not done in a service hasn't been touched, like cabin air filters. Little stuff like having a Kabab stick, yes that's right, stuffed down the wiper blade to hold it in. The grill on the bonnet I found had no fixings in it when changing the blades, all lazy stuff Lots to tidy up, again looks stored outside and needs a Real good compound and polish etc to clean up.

sh*t that's good, my 550i got exactly 10l/100 on a 3600 round trip. I'm impressed with11.4 for the V10 !!!
