My questions are, Can i go to Vodaphone and get another SIM for it, Will it work ok in NZ if i do? More importantly, do we HAVE to have it on Vodafone here or is there someway we can get it onto the Telecom network? your using his telstra card in its overseas roaming mode so its picking up vodafone, wont work once the credit runs out, they will work on any nz carrier with the right sim card You won't know if its locked until you try another NZ sim card,it will either work or not, anyway its not a problem if it is,they can be permanantly officially unlocked now and it varys in price online, mine was $17 to be unlocked from AT&T USA some can be unlocked for free with a simple hack but newer ones require the official factory unlock which is more permanent.either way I can help, send me a pm

The Future of the Internal Combustion Engine - Inside Koenigsegg

Cool thanks for sharing, really enjoy these sorts of tidbits -
agreed and even the supercar review they keep cutting to coloured graphics and effects every 3 seconds so you only get glimpses of what it looks like, you dont get a decent clean look from every angle on which to observe and take it in. I think it looked ok from the outside but I couldnt be sure,a photo in a mag just isnt the same as a live video walk around

flashing icon means unsupported disk, you need to format the disk to mac as it would have come already formatted for windows, you will need an apple os disk which can format and then install the os fresh,g5 you are probably needing v10.5 called leopard it was the last version to support powerpc chips, apple changed their systems to intel for all the later hardware

jvc headunits have bluetooth built in for a reasonable price and the whole head unit isnt actually bad, works really well with wifes android, she loves it, alternatively i guess the aftermarket bluetooth recievers you can buy for home stereos only have a single stereo 3.5mm input so in theory that should work http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-F8Z492TTP-Blu...r/dp/B0047T79VS

yeah ive met the guy and hes not nice, but the point is jaguar adjusted their prices down to a fair price which is only good for the consumer here dont tell me they weren't gouging us before and he claims 3 years of selling new cars and all problems have been covered so far is sounds to be better odds than a private import,at least they have some purchase/parts clout and contacts with a company to protect, private imports you roll the dice

me to In fact I always refer to a map before leaving home on a trip to a strange city or going to a strange address because I like to know in my head a basic course and they layout of the city and a few key things to be looking out for, eg go down this road, past the park/swimming complex or whatever and then its 2nd set of lights its just nice to have landmarks in advance, more relaxing and lets you concentrate on your driving also Ive found many times the gps suddenly decides on a less than ideal route, Its not always about the fastest or quickest route, how does it decide how many sets of lights and unecessary turns you can weave thru when a simple look at a map tells you just go on this road for 6 blocks and turn right had people turn up at my house and theyve followed gps hell thru town to get there,I give them return directions 3ks on this road and your on the motorway, gps just doesnt think like that cause its slightly off direction

Iphone Jailbreak Google Maps Amidst widespread dissatisfaction over iOS 6's Apple Maps application, a hacker has reportedly managed to successfully port the beloved and sorely missed Google Maps app on to Apple's new operating system. Over the weekend, hacker Ryan Petrich tweeted he was able to get the iOS 5.1 version of Google Maps running on the recently released iOS 6, Apple Insider notes. The Google Maps app is not available on the iPhone 5 or any device running iOS 6 -- and the Apple Maps app which has replaced it is said to be less than optimal. Since Apple's iOS 6 software was released last week, users around the world have "complained about the inconsistencies and errors with Apple Maps, which has mislabeled major cities, erased entire towns, shows airports where there are none, and doesn't provide transit directions," according to an earlier report by The Huffington Post. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/09/24/j...lide=more232402

Not defending ios6,havnt even tried it but you could use the tomtom app or one of the many other map apps and still have the new features of ios6 if the maps isn't as good im betting there will be a google maps app before long anyway,

(30 points away from losing my license I was told by a cop that if you know your going to get busted as the last ticket is going to put you over demerit, rush in and pay the fine but pay say $50 too much. They will send you a cheque for the overpayment. DO NOT BANK THIS CHEQUE apparantly theres some wacky loophole in the law that they can't take your license off you while there money owed. Im not sure if your demerits would expire but if your needing your licence for job etc it apparantly works.

its not your apartment its just cheap quality control in India or wherever, Dam hard to know if your buying genuine or some cheaper version nowdays, when you can buy a cordless drill at mitre10 for $10 and the individual cells in the rechargable battery are worth more than that to replace you gotta wonder. no wonder the spaceshuttle doesn't go anymore they couldn't source all the parts in the old USA anymore haha

Ive had a whole batch of cheap supermarket plain glass bulbs just explode lately leaving the fitting sitting in the lamp holder, theyre labeled osram but obviously really cheap crap versions, gives you a hell of a fright when they go and smash on the floor halfway thru a tv program your watching the leds are about 3-4$ on ebay delivered, dont spend $20+ that they charge for them here at lightingdirect etc they are probably shitty brands like the cfls and halogens, you obviously had a bad batch but at that price it doesnt matter, buy a few spares, cree are best then bridgelux go for the 6w or 9w, nz shops tend to only have 3-4.5w and you can choose the cold white which looks way better in kitchens and bathrooms especially than the warm white of halogens, the chrome rings clip on exactly the same they have no heat at all ive just done a 4way bathroom fitting same as yours, got the 4 bulbs delivered cheaper than i could buy one here and they are twice the wattage, some of the cheap ones can have a slight delay between flicking the switch and light coming on,

What about a TT something like this http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/...n-354322506.htm those 1.8t motors are in everything and quite cheap to get parts or you can get the 3.2 6cyl lot more practical and classy than a mazda. people that say theyre hairdressers cars are just ignorant,
-
those 1.8t are in so many cars from tts to beetles to seats and skodas, golfs, jettas, with varying levels of boost they also have lots of dv valve and vacuum hose issues which cause weird vagcom errors bad idling and can be a pig to diagnose,,some known crap parts are n475 dump valve, temp senders, water pumps(plastic),maf sensors get all the vacuum hoses checked there are plenty of them too, as they rot out and cause huge issues to sensors and therefore ,powerloss, idling etc and cause ecu to go into limpmode, even ecus have solder issues, they plastic wiring connectors on sensors are brittle and temperamental as well
-
very cool, they were big cars in the 80s
-
We have all seen them, there are some fantastics once on lambos, porsche, ferrari etc but the latest aston martin 177 one is spellbinding, what an amazing piece of british engineering google it, its on youtube, torrents etc etc

this guy was told the same thing about factory immobilizer in his sub when he bought it from the dealer, told he didnt need an aftermarket alarm, this is small time napier with car found in a ditch, number plates missing and a few boxes of sneakers still left in it from the ramraid, doubt they were expert criminals so they must be pretty easy to bypass when changing a futzed ecu on sons golf we found it would start but only ran for 20 secs then immobilzer cut in,had to be reprogrammed to talk to each other and machine had to be online to vw to do it,no vag could handle it
-
mate had his subaru stolen and used in a shop burglary the other night, ripped out all the steering column and just bypassed the factory immobizer making it basically useless, got me thinking does my e39 with chipped key actually give me any safety at all or is an aftermarket alarm the only real safe deterrent, has anyone ever tested their immobilzer works or is bypassing it pretty easy
