Id be guessing front as its a pre f/l 320 and they have drums on the rear (Unless NZ New?) Never heard of anything like this before. Pads would usually wear first. Maybe they are locking on and you are driving with them on partial contact, in turn grinding them down faster?

Im going to make you never want to do this... Edit: Damn cant find the pics. But i bought a parts car ages ago that had them on it. They were smoothed over and looked like crap. IMO anyhoo

Wow this went from a good discussion to war of the worlds in seconds (well probably hours) Come on guys stop bickering like 5 year olds and get on track!!

Sweet, you are onto it. Its so hard to determine a market value for something like this as only YOU know what has gone into it. Ive come and gone on the thought of selling my car. It just wouldnt be worth it. Id rather keep it and just save for whatever i want next... or use your car as collateral on something else.
-
I gotta tec 1? dont know if i want to sell it though... It'd need painting to. I sold a lip spolier like what you are after for $120 not so long ago.

^^ yuh what Andrew said. Even though its f**kin mint i think you'd be pushing it to get more than 18k Keep it dude. It wouldnt be worth selling it. Just save up for the next car!! No point building something for someone else to wreck/enjoy

Baseball Bat + Kneecaps Or File the incident with the courts and they will receive a summons, if they do not appear or have valid reason etc for the crash and the judge finds them guilty the courts will re-imburse you for the costs and they are forced to pay the courts. Ive heard of people paying the courts back at $10 a week. Insurance should be compulsory. I like Aussies scheme of insurance/registration etc. Seems to work well from what i have seen/heard

They are going up. My grandad just had a letter from his insurance company (SIS) they are upping his premium $100, another $100 on what they added last year. Its for a 2000 Mazda Capella. He has NCB for life and has had made NO claims EVER. He rung SIS and told them to stick it up there ass. He is now with AMI paying Just over $100 LESS than the ORIGIONAL price he was paying with SIS. Pick a GOOD company and stick with them. If you have all your assets insured with a company it will lower your overall premium dramatically. From this thread, Id be picking AMI or BNZ bank insurance. They seem to be stable and offer good prices on bulk deals.

If you are saying 'its not wide enough' because of the black strips down each side, i must say i actually like it like that for some reason. Its looking good guys, like how you have brought the main page and forum together with the top banner etc. No gripes here! Keep up the good work!!

Word. Its impossible to avoid. I see why people choose matt black as colour of choice. Touch ups = $5 can of spray paint > $1500 to repaint panels

Im interested to know how long ago this was. Was it an insurance job? The only courtesy cars they had there when i was there were silver daihatsu's I would have taken the E36 if it was there...

Am i missing something.... Exam question... WTF?

You will never get away from that, i had a full respray on my car under a year ago and i have chips, i got a new windscreen about 2 months ago and that has chips to, its a road, there ARE idiots and wen there is new seal the only thing you can do is sit 50 metres behind the car in front of you, you will more than likely STILL get chips. How big are you chips??

Precision are good, but i think they think they are 'too good' + they have shitty little daihatsu's as courtesy cars ($15 a day) Theres a place on Boston Road off Khyber Pass. They are pretty good, ill post up the name on monday Cheers Chris
