  1. Yeah frustrating, I seemed to miss recording the 7000 rpm runs, sorry about that! Too much talking in between runs.
  2. Sounds like a plan. Still, all the facilities are in Auckland, and it would make the most sense to stick with Torque performance, couldn't imagine a better venue. (plus offer consistent readings being the same dyno from a comparison standpoint)
  3. We must do this event again, perhaps around late summer, early Autumn 2014/.. So 6 months ish? I'd like to think I will have some upgrades done to the upgrade already under the hood by then!

    LOOKS AWESOME!
  5. Unfortunately I dash out to get a coffee so missed the opportunity, Sorry Suresh!
  6. Bugger, I may have missed some clips when I sorted them - if not I guess I didn't record them. I will look into it!
  7. As I said Sam, this is a beautiful car, best 'downgrade' ever hahaha I almost looks like an M5!
  8. Haha yeah no worries, yeah definitely keen for that, perhaps around Royal Oak - the Manukau Rd side of One Tree Hill has some good areas to park up and get shots. It was just as well you didn't get many shots on Saturday, the road spray from the wet run down the motorway left my car pretty filthy, just got around to cleaning it today! Fortunately the grey is good at hiding the dirt though
  9. Awesome! Looks like it was a great meet with a variety of machines.
  10. Awesome, great work with the photos Adeeb!
  11. ***updated, see end of this post!*** G'day guys, Well, what an awesome dyno day we had! To keep the fun going I've just cobbled together a bunch of audio clips from the runs today, so far I've got 16 different cars uploaded, unfortunately I missed a few in between eating and chatting during the day but anyhow, I hope you enjoy! My favorites might be Tristan's M3 V8 and Brent's 545i - they both sound amazing - but so does Ray's E46 S62 and Josh's S50 E30....... actually - I think all the cars were awesome to be honest! 325i V8 E36 - Mike http://snd.sc/1hKk2V6 545i M88 E28 - Brent http://snd.sc/1g8O3mj 540i E34 - Roo http://snd.sc/1g8NZCW M5 V8 E39 - Martin http://snd.sc/1hKi0o8 325i S50 E30 - Josh http://snd.sc/1g8NxES 530i M54 E39 - Adeeb http://snd.sc/1g8NtEW M3 S62 V8 - Ray HellBm http://snd.sc/1g8NhFF M3 S54 - Ray HellBm http://snd.sc/1hKje2K M3 V8 - Tristan http://snd.sc/1hKi1si M3 S54 - Dylan http://snd.sc/1g8OKvU 318is E36 Coupe - Matt http://snd.sc/1hKklzj 205 GTi - Rob http://snd.sc/1hKiuKN 535is E34 - Jared http://snd.sc/1hKiOJL 540i E39 - Julian http://snd.sc/1hKj4sa M5 V10 - James http://snd.sc/1hKjm23 M5 E39 - Dave http://snd.sc/1hKhJSd **Updated Files** Here are a few I missed the other day. Awesome, I really like your M3 Christian, the best colour, sweet wheels, and the front lip really sets it off!
  14. None. Just better suspension & brakes from an M5 or something. We aren't dealing with buckets from the 60s with cardboard chassis' !

Haha love the German cross on the car. Where is this 'forgotten highway' you spoke of??
  16. Good donor chassis perhaps!
  17. Good stuff Martin, keep up the good work!
  18. Thats the spirit. M62 E34 Touring will be a real package Brent! Would this require a cert?
  19. Hmmm yeah I know what you mean. The ABS plastic ones would be the way to go imo. Then again your E39 is really cool as it is so I'm not sure you need to do anything other than drive it!
  20. This would look nice in a 3 series.
  21. I quite like them, adds a different look to the front end most E39s won't have.
  22. Mmm such a pretty car. Factory tints?
