From memory when I last had some they are double walled so by cutting the end where the are crimped together they might fall apart unless braced together some other way

Most interesting. Might come in handy!

Sneaky...... looks like a good conversion telling by the pictures. Though the plate '95' then stating its build 96 and registered 98 seems a bit bizarre. -

Damn that is a nice example. -
Love it! M54 3.0L crank eh? Great upgrade. This car will really get up and go!

Last of the best Mercedes IMO, up until mid 2000s anyway. Love the W126, nearly bought a 500sec a few years ago, but too much of a project for what I wanted.

I do have these RS4 mufflers originally fitted to my E36, but it needs all the mid pipes done, and the tire well removed of course. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=683545083 Would look better with 4 tips rather than those big oval ones, nice but dont really suit the E36 or BMW shap. I'm using a different setup on the car currently.

Hah, unfortunately not Alex. After a dual setup on your 328i are ya?
-
I guess the length will depend on where your engine is positioned specific to your conversion.

Just playing around with ideas haha, Quite like to take what is on the car off and replace it with a system that can pretty much bolt on for temp use.

After stock M3 E36 exhaust, with or without cats. Let me know what you might have in this thread and supply a picture if possible. Thanks in advance

3.91 ish+ E36 LSD coming up any time soon?
-
Haha, classic ^

Less than a 7 minute drive? The oil would been much longer to warm up hehe

I used some Force 10 in Thames the other day, seemed to go well.

Yeah, too true, I think the paint swirls are the worst of it. Idk, I'd just rather look at a well sorted M5 E34 than one of those
-
Mmm that is one awful E60. Very cheap looking car..

For $15 bucks from Zebra parts I got a replacement OBC with 11 buttons for my E36, works pretty well, and I finally have a clock again!

Went for a 100km round trip to Maraetai for breakfast this morning. Disassembled and cleaned up, the front suspension, brake caliper and pad on the front LHS. Also gave the wheel a decent clean, still have yet to do the front RHS.

Way too much excitement!

Very nice, I dont think I've seen a red 4 door before.

The sea lion sealing the fish. Love it.

Very nice. If you change the exhaust, put some straight through oval / box mufflers 2.25-2.25 then fit tips, if you run straight pipes only it will give a pretty average sound. Magnaflow ultra flo or Lukey stainless mufflers from Ebay would do the job perfectly.

Awesome. Looks like your driver seat bolsters need a good revamp though! Is that on the to do list?
