I've driven one and the RS4, they're quick and feel well built, but I'm not sure I'd shell out that much for that many k's. An nz new one sold at Turners with about 22kms on it for 36k and it was manual. Yes, it was a repo. TBH, it didn't really excite me that much, but that's just my opinion.

There's a 4 door FL 325se that runs around Ponsonby, looks tidy, saw it a week or so back. In calypso I'm pretty sure.

2.5 litre or bigger Legacy/Outback, safe, roomy, go well and capable of racking up big k's without costing the earth. They are at least 4 star if not 5 for safety from '03 on. Plus 4wd which can't hurt given your location.

I almost hate to bring this up, but I'm sure I saw a 4.4is last week in Akld. Only reason I noticed it was I didn't know they made one. . . . I can vouch for the 4.8, that's quick for a truck, felt better than the Cayenne S I drove last year.
