Good point. Ours left a few drops on the floor each night and I think he mentioned it loses more in "hard" driving.
-
Yep, the red one. I'm sure it was on the club web site for sale, but checked and it was gone?? Beautiful condition, hard to believe the speedo (186kms?). Might be the inspiration to spend some money on ours.
-
It's ours Greg. We still have it and I would have come good on my promise to contact you if we were selling it, which is still a possibility, but on a time frame that suits us. Chances are, that or the convertible will have to go this year. Or maybe not. Good luck with the M3, saw one at the concours that was superb.

Bravo has a good point about people without sufficient knowledge and wof issues. Our completely standard '88 M325i was failed a wof for a front spoiler hanging too low (admittedley the girlfriend had clipped a couple of driveways and it was hanging maybe 15mm lower than norm). I pointed out that it wasn't structural/suspension/steering etc and he wouldn't let it go. Gave me a quote for $916 +GST to set the car right for that and various other items. Took it to Bellars MW, got everything done for $440 incl GST. Civic Auto in Parnell for the loss. I am 100% convinced this is because I let my partner take the car in. I support the tyre rule by the way, low tread and wet = BANG! I don't believe there will be mobile car crushers BTW, Helengrad would lose too many votes from her base.

BMW E36 AND E30 LOWERING SPRINGS FOR SALE
Palazzo replied to SUSPENSION's topic in Brakes, Suspension & Steering
I'm pretty sure they are the ones I have on my convertible (E30), which were originally off a M325i race car. No idea what drop they were, but they are firm and the chassis rail sits about 105mm off the road. Drop is different on a coupe apparently due to different ride heights, Will can probably clarify the diff. They work fine. -
Heya, a few questions about my new project E30 M323i
Palazzo replied to Jacko's topic in General Discussion
Nice buy. That's the one from Ohakune or thereabouts isn't it? Was wondering when someone would figure out what it was, even with a few issues, was a cheap car from memory. Congrats! -
Go the Supra. Says stock 360hp, about right and smooth enough for a good fanging. $20k for a good one versus??? Hands up all on here who have the $$ for the M3. Don't knock a car because of it's origin.

That's pretty funny considering nearly every "successful" residential agent in Akld has an E36 or 318 E46. Should be a good upgrade for them.
-
Yes, the same way your car looks like a 1903 Hupmobile. 4 wheels and a body. Otherwise, not at all.
-
They're not aerodynamic and that's a 924 Turbo front graft. And it is uuggllyy.
-
And they fall off.
-
It is a Tech1 kit. No idea what it's worth, but someone will tell you. I have Tech1 and Tech2 on diff cars and I think I prefer the Tech1. Good luck.

You're probably wasting your time in regards to a credit check if they have no real assets, as you can't chase anything. Can you get a guarantee from parents/relatives/business associates? Have you had a look on the companies office to see if they have been involved in any previously failed or struck off companies? Increase the deposit, 6 months? Bank guarantee? Statement of position from accountant? There are plenty of ways to sort this without much bother.

Must be to settle his new $3.8m apartment.

A BMW ran a red light and then took off from the police, before slamming into an Altezza at a good rate of knots. Looks for all the world like a Delphin Grey M325i, totalled.
-
Anybody got a sore head and missing a grey M325i?
-
Would anyone be interested in a set of these? Def BBS, stamped CH004 on the rim. 19's (forgot to check width), with tyres. ET35. Have tyres with reasonable tread. Currently on an E36, but think you would want rolled guards. Part swap with standard coupe/E36 wheels possible. What are they worth?
-
I have the mirror. It's attached to the car though. Saw one for sale on E30Zone a while back, maybe try there?
-
"Using an accelerometer based timing device", wonder if he had the machine that went "BING!" as well. If they were that quick, I have been wasting my time looking for a tidy 944 Turbo when I could have spent $8k on a 328i.
-
Bollocks. A 3 litre M3 was tested at 5.4 to 60, not 62 and you're claiming a 328 is .5 of a second or less slower? I say again, bollocks, as Andrew said, closer to 7 and there's a yawning gap between a sub 6 car and a 7 sec car.
-
Absolutely not your problem, they "fixed" the problem and didn't do the job properly. You don't pay for incompetence.
-
Love to get rid of it, but that communist in Wellington is about to introduce emissions testing, remember? Soarer? Doesn't make any difference, it's still a Lexus part and still a 1800% mark up on US retail. Any other bright ideas genius?

Hilarious. Which Corolla has a V8 in it?
