I have a small case from Alice (318). Its 3.91 ratio. Suitable?

Slow. Really hard to keep the heat out of it, so the roof buckles easily. Maybe some difference in shape around the opening too, makes it hard to blend nicely. Also, as threatened ha.

True story, although this thing doesn't need fancy fuel like an M3 so it'll be the same as other BMs. They do have some interesting things on 'em like a big arse sump guard, non leather (like this), and often manual as well. If you're lucky non fold down rear seats which means the body's are stiff as a mofo. Usually pretty basic as far as options go though. Quite like it in gold, not so keen on interior.

That statement makes you a lot smarter than most. John, cut your losses if you want but dont expect $4500 for an unfinished motor that doesn't run. You're about to learn the next hardest thing about muckin around with cars. That being that you'll be lucky to recover 20 percent of what you put in.

When you refer to clear over base, what type of paint are you referring to? An Acrylic Lacquer or.... I've only ever used the Acrylic Lacquers before with clear over the top. Find it easy to spray, flat and polish (as long as its not too cold ha).

Very nice. Now do it in red.

Pics of said Fabric in a can? Looks sooo much better then the crappy purple sh*t. Ima gonna have to add this to the list of jobs to do with mine. -
Would explain the odd torque figure would it not?

Basically 2k is harder. Harder to scratch, harder to chip, harder to spray etc. Acrylic lacquer is softer, especially in the sun.
