Hey. Im not too good on the Car knowledge stuff, so once again going to have to bare with me 1 My Car mechanic friend recommended that it could just be the ignition timing or some thing along the lines like that. Cause aparantly that can cause starting problems. I have to do is turn over some thing ? lol you guys have any idea what hes talking about ? 2 whats the diffference between 325i ? and 325e ? 3rd and last .... im confused.... thanks to dad.. now im lost 3 My bmw is injected, ( i just had a talk to dad about some thing so im just starting freash and would like some one to clear some stuff up ). So injected cars normally use computer for the injection rates. Dad didnt seem to think that the bmw had a computer chip .... cause it had a fuel pump ...... so yeah im lost now, what does the computer in my car controll, and what does the fuel pump controll .... im confused as crap now thanks to dad oh yeah and are fuel pumps closed units.... theres a kit u can get to fix em .. instead of buying new ones ? is there thanks for baring with me guys ... i never took auto motive or ne thing lol, and quite new with bmw's.

Mac donalds a while ago or maybe still present there is a family meal deal which is ( some times it was different ) 2 big macs, 2 cheese burgers, 4 large fries, 4 large drinks, 4 sundays . and yeah some thing along those lines. i was thinking about buying it and eating it all ( im not fat by da way ) ummmm who honestly thinks they could consume all that, in their own time.... with out killing them selfs is this a wise move guys cause im hungry cheers let me know

i dont trust the wrecker's all be it this guy did sound like he was onto some thing ( on on some thing ) but, 1: an u change the rear skirt on a E30 pre face lift ? he said it was structural and i cant change it 2: why on earth is it 200 per LIGHT at the wreckers, for high and low beam 3: how much are fuel pumps. Dad seems to think i can pull it out and re furbish it ( i think that was the word ) but i was wondering how much for a fuel pump + new fuel filter all up im having starting problems again. sounds likes its having trouble priming. every now and then ....

my high beam head lamp has encounterd a massive stone massive crack and not going to be warant of fitness able also i have a dodgey indicator, that is going to take a lot of hassle fixing the connections ummmm front left indicator any one got them and left high beam ( better yet could some one sell me ) a set of head lamps both left and right its a E30, 325i 1986

it wasnt the fine i was pissd about nor the fact that i was only going 60 i know i can get pulled up for that he said i was driving like and idiot and tried to do me for more last time i checked, going 60kmh at 11 at night i dont think im gonna hit any little children or put many lifes in danger thats more the point ( that 11 kmh in his mind over the limit is unbelievably fast )

( i hate cops, bottom line ) to who ever said that i will agree, there are a few homo;s out there. most of them being the high way patrol people. cause they have to deal with every excuse there is, and now they dont know who's good and bad and just stereo type u as a person on a rampaging speeding mission. How ever with some of the stuff that happens out side . when im out side of ma car...... e.g. them saving my friends from being stabbed at mount maunganui. arresting a guy that bottled my mate ......... stuff like that. i respect them. ( that respect goes out the window how ever ) when you get a speeding fine for doing 61 ( which i insist was 60, i didnt say any thing thought ), and then the guy telling me that i was going faster than that before he pinged me and lucky that i wasnt given a dangerous driving offence. ( truth is i had just pulled out from an intersection, no wheel spin and gradually got to 60 and sat there) in a 50 kmh area. but hey SH@#%$T happens

ummmmmm, PEL-SKCKE30-06 is the code for it and its on this page Clutch Page its 283 US dollars so thats about 400 nz dollars and then you got shipping and all that. their aparantly oem, what are my other options. like how about i could get it done through sherson, but i dont want any labour work done, have some car mechanic friends that will fit the clutch for a ultimate quarter pack. so who are some good people to see about getting clutch systems, obviously bmw specialists, cause any one that doesnt like bmw, mention the 1000 dollar mark. what about SD european ? they worth the drive ? places up in auckland ? birch ave auto spares, had a talk with the guy today and hes happy to give me a quote as we buy stuff regulary there ? it would be great if you could throw some trust worthy names out, cause i dont know who to trust ..... i drive a bmw, i knew this was going to happen.

hey guys im just thinking about getting a kit shipped in from pelican parts as they seem reliable ( not too flash on the replies though ) hate to be a pain but heres a question u guys probably might be able to answer. Clutch kits for a 325i on pelican parts are 1987 E30 models onward, i have a 1986 i dont see why it wouldnt fit. but i dont know enough about the mechanics of it all. Will the clutch for a 1987 E30 fit a 1986 ? theres no big difference between the two is there ? So i can just order it in and forget about the tech questions i keep trying to get through to pelican parts cheers
