    Parts for sale

I guess it depends on the offer, but the reason I'm selling them as a set is because they would appeal to people doing a full conversion from the grey headliner/pillars. I do have the B pillar cover, but it's grey as the M3 had a dove grey interior. I was going to include it with the vaders and interior (door panels and armrest) which I will list in the next few weeks.
  4. No worries. $52 incl. GST and Bimmersport discount for Victor Reinz ones, and excluding freight.

    Parts for sale

Now uploaded, links in original post. Sorry, they've been sold pending payment - but they are SKF part number VKBA 1460, which should fit your E46.
  6. Thanks Glenn, I ended up getting them from Euro Italian.

I'm clearing my parts collection and would prefer to sell to a Bimmersporter before they go on TradeMe for more. Will be listing more over the next few weeks. Pick up Central Auckland. Can arrange shipping for smaller items at buyer's cost. 8. Pre-facelift: http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E36-M3-S50_3.0L/ES71508/ Facelift: http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/SiteSearch/Nose_Panel_-_Grille_Surround/ES71534/ The facelift is more curved on the outer edge. If you want to keep the car 'period correct' then get the pre-FL nose panel, because the guard you're replacing will be pre-FL. Non-M Sport and M Sport guards are the same so you can put the M mouldings on as long as you get a coupe guard.
  9. Hellgrau in the E36 is Dove Grey, so I think the E46 fronts may end up matching your E36 rears. But even if they are the same colour there could be variations e.g. the E36 ones may be more faded due to age. If you are prepared to do a restoration on the set you may be able to dye them all the same shade.
  10. Nice one Ray, great sleeper.
  11. Congrats on the purchase - car looks sharp and you have given it a bit of love in a short span of time! Do you mean the windshield cowl? The long piece of plastic. The part number you need is 51711977678 - this is the RHD version. Also, about the outer control arms bushings - I got the Meyle HD ones from Milland a few years ago for my 328 and got Glenn at Botany Motorworx to press them in. Still working well and gives a bit more feedback. I'm running them with the offset M3 front control arm bushings.
  12. I'm after 15 valve cover seal rubber washers for an M52 valve cover gasket change. Part number is 11121437395. Must be OEM or Genuine BMW. Can probably pick up if you're in Auckland. Cheers.
  13. Bump - have edited original post with an update. If no one is interested these will make their way on TradeMe in a few days.
  14. You'll be fine - that's actually pretty new and nothing out of the ordinary for used tyres.
  15. Have ridden in an E34 525 with Vogtland springs on OEM shocks before and it felt fine - quite a nice drop too. I think the Vogtlands are a fairly popular choice for the E34 but not sure about availability in NZ.
  16. Thanks for sharing. The 330 likely won't be as confidence inspiring in the corners, but it's great that you're appreciating its other characteristics. Enjoy!
  17. Welcome, car looks good, the 328 is a great car to daily drive. The front seat should come up a fair bit lighter when cleaned too.
  18. Welcome! Do you miss the AWD and power of the Subie? Been trying to convince a friend who drives one (and not even an STI) to get into BMWs but he can't get away from the AWD.
  19. Sure can Dave, price is as above and I'll even throw in four wheels, valves and centre caps with free delivery since you're in Auckland. +1. Or you could buy these for your track wheels - 17" for the track and 18" for the street...
  20. Bump - thanks Josh for vouching for these. They are harder to find than BBS RKs too, plus you have the option of running with the BBS centrecaps, or without, for a sportier look.
  21. Good work! Re: the original water pump having a metal impeller, if it's anything like the ones in the non-M E36s where they went from plastic, to metal and finally to composite (which looks/feels like metal anyway) - at least you've now got the latest type which is supposedly more reliable.
