  1. Check this one out - almost too good to be true? But worth checking out if you don't mind the smaller engine. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-279230531.htm
  2. I doubt there'd be much difference in terms of maintenance compared to a normal E46, other than the suspension, but I don't know for sure. They aren't that common. I'd give http://www.318ti.org/ a try. If we were looking at it as a 318 E46 sedan/coupe, 17k sounds reasonable given the year and low K's. But if they're not that popular, maybe you can get one for less.

    Dear westy

Those are Hamann skirts. Think some of the rest are custom or Equiss.
  4. Welcome and nice car! I personally use a Makita BO6040 with a 6" backing plate. It's random orbital with a semi-rotary function and works well. The Supercheap/Repco ones don't look too convincing to be honest. Are you planning to import the Meguiar's DA?
  5. Definitely have to buy that. Am sure the M5 CSL article will be a good read too!

    Moving on up.

Nice buy Jason, especially how it's a motorsport and xenon lights, nice colour too looks tidy. Agree on the M badge. Probably looks good with just M and no 325
  7. Now THAT's a cool shoot. That was some quick work there Ray!
  8. No, you were actually stationary when I first saw you This was in Newmarket last Fri and you were turning off Khyber Pass into a side road.
  9. Gotta love the CSLs. Saw Tom's car 2 days ago, sounded really good - exhaust??
  10. A circular polariser helps a lot with car pics as it removes reflections. Since you just started, I wouldn't be too hasty about getting anything else just yet - you'll find out what sort of lenses will suit your shooting range etc through time. Spend the time on technique for now. Good first effort - the polished wheels look good under that lighting. Would suggest toning down the white balance a bit as it's a bit blue right now. You can do so with a program like Lightroom.
  11. Great to see it's gone to a fellow member. Nice buy Tony look forward to seeing it at the next meet, though I suspect you'd still bring the 328 along.

    A Pillar Cover

The broken bits are not replaceable as they are part of the pillar. Through time they become quite brittle, not uncommon to break them when removing. Would suggest buying an intact one from a wrecker then asking this place to recover it for free since they admitted fault.

    HB Boss (OLLIE)

HB Ollie have a good one!
  14. They look good Michael - massive improvement from the old ones!
  15. More than willing to help Jochen, but don't know if I am technical enough. If you can give me specific instructions it shouldn't be a problem. 11 button OBC here too.
  16. That's a good gain - happy for you Mark!
  17. Awesome. You sir have taste. Is that a personalised plate?

  20. Welcome mate, good to see Clinton's ex-car back on here
  21. Hej Stephan, welcome. Your car is mint! Noticed you have 4 E34 540s, you weren't joking, I think 'fascination' is an understatement
