Id have to disagree with E30stz on this one with less than 70K on the clock this car is worth MORE than 9K (depending on what year) there was a red one on trade me that went for 11K with about the same Kms on the clock people are pushing the prices of BMWs down... WHY????? lets not forget that these are german, quality and stylish cars were talking about here... not some jap sh*t My m8 baught a 93 Honda Civic SOHC non v-tec, manual 140kms on the clock for 5500.... wat sort of BMW can you get for that price?!

looks good man just paint the other bits black as well how do you detatch the roof lining from the actual roof? hows it atached? is it plastic rivets? do you just tug on it?

Yeah I had to do the same thing. (just a bit off panel beating hehe) It had flat tyres but they just came off the rims. tyres are 95%How much are you gona sell your rims of the Ti? The sump is craked on this motor, so unfortunately its no good and I have to use my one. the crak is only 2cm long and about 2mm wide so im just gona get it welded maybe, Im just gona chuck the interior on trade me and see what hapens because the seats are way too mint to sell for 600 (im not asking much more but not for 600)

Hi Brent sorry for mucking you around a bit with that engine. We cranked that IS over today and its very good. We had a closer look at the car and decided to keep it for spares, Im just gona flick off the interior coz I already hav leather. Thanks anyway!! :thumb:

you wont be able to lower it 1cm with 19s. mag and turbo are paying 650 for these wheels!!! im taking mine there tomorow morning! my personal preference I like dished wheels

If your recovering you might aswell get the foam moulded and ad a bit of bucket to them....

whack your studs out of the car that hold the actual bumper on (make shure u dont deploy the airbags) now you can either make up sum new bolts or use your studs, but they should taper slightly with splines... weld a washer onto the head of the bolts if the heads arent big enough. you can epoxy the bolts straight onto the bumper cover or what I would do is get a smal galvanised sheet and cut a strip with 2 holes in it for the bolts to go through and then epoxy it on with the bolts locking them in place. then u just put some nuts on from behind and presto... removable bumper cover and this also holds the actual bumper on its a bit hard to explain without demonstraiting

I cant afford a complete new 328 thats why i was gona swap everything from this wrecked 328 and put it in my IS The whole thing would have cost me $7600 and I could have had a 1996 MANUAL 328 M-tech dress up with leather interior and 99K How much would I have to pay for something like that 16 17K? more? but the cares gone now so im just looking for a m44 now

HAHAHA!! yeh thanks i am looking at buying that 28 of trade me but i think he wants too much and if you say it is that much work.... i dno ae.. coz my 1.9l beast is shot to sh*t so i thout for a bit more than a price of a replacement motor i could conv it. I shouldnt have too much trouble with it though coz im somewhat a mechanic myself and dad is a mechanic with too many years experience. hehe we got a setup workshop and sh*t so no hassles there. but i dont have a clue abot elcs... especialy all this ecu and computer and digital dash sh*t. but i was wundering if the 6cyl has a longer engine bay like the coupes? its all the same body and chassis so if i gut this one out i can just transplant everything ae?
