have a set of bilsteins off grants car, for the smaller 45mm strut dave has first dibs, but if not anyone else can have em $550 <1 year old can put pics if you super keen...but its really not that exciting. just some bright yellow shocks for extra $$ i can even install em for you!

i would leave them there if you can...at least it matches the rest of kit, and they easy enough to get rid of anyway. having said that....moulding it does not look fun! ill let you know about battery tray...wee change of car plans!

dont go alu...way too much bling. machine/lighten yours and you will be happy. i honestly would just keep the stock clutch disc..no need to go IE really...that noise is really f**king annoying

whack your 320 head on top...new HG + Bolts = 300ish. then any maintenance you wish to do on top. Nice n easy

Seems a lot easier to leave it at 30deg and work around that...I am very very sure that the m20 box doesnt fit behind a m42 why not turbo a 2.5? lotsa power

2.8 crank = $$ i imagine over here...not a helluva lot of m52's floating about, correct me if im wrong. pistons? engine build = $$$ plus there is not a helluva lot of potential after that...TBH i would consider getting custom pistons and bore it out, to make the most of you being there anyway and it doesnt go PSH!

could be certified if the springs were captive i think...but i fail to see the point? would need some pretty decent suspension = $$ and you will own your car underbody/exhaust/oil sump

Sam have spare flywheel if you want to get it machined/lightened or whatever to save time/hassle putting it in. let us know how it goes
