I've owned a 1988 318i manual two door saloon, and absolutely loved it- insurance wasn't too restrictive- I was 19 with a good no claims bonus when I had it. Really fun to drive, and you learn about how to handle a car- I had no power steering in mine. So much in fact, that I've just bought another- four door and two years newer this time, pics soon guys!

I love them. There's a hot red one on trademe. You have two versions of your Uno Turbo, Mk1- 1.3 and Mk2- 1.4. Aficionados are at odds as to which is the better, but they are near enough to eachother in my opinion from driving them. Light as a mofo and the handling isn't half bad. Plus it's more spacious and practical than an E30! They also look amazing on deepdish wheels.

Get this. It's got good spec, it's a manual 325i, and it's just a little bit unusual in a tasteful 80s original aftermarket kit way. The rear reminds me of a 1986 Ford Laser Saloon. Otherwise very tidy.

And if so, does the latter specify a cash price rather than an eftpos/credit card/cheque price? No doubt you did your homework- but check everything, it would suck to get owned by a public servant!
