  1. I'm actually impressed. Bet a good few hours went into it. What country is this in?
  2. New pics added at the top, cleaned her and had to show off!
  3. Z4 M Coupe in Solid White with black leather, ta.
  4. Actually, Giacomo Alfieri sounds more like an Italian to me. Consequently, his legs were probably too short to reach the brake pedal in a BMW.
  5. I have a sales reciept for a 1987 320iA/4 that my grandfather bought new... $70k... and it didn't even have electric windows! Saw it on trademe recently, with only 100k km on the clock, for $4000ono.

    E30 parts

Edit: Don't post when not properly awake.
  7. As the title says! Is there much variation in types? It's for a 1990 NZ new 4 door.
  8. I want one of these instead of Europlates, where do you get them?
  9. Actually, Cain, 'Coupe' is a French word meaning 'short roof'. Remember the Rover P5B Coupe?
  10. Alpina do leather as well as wood, I was hoping they were the former. The Alpina options list for cosmetic stuff was very very long! See: Ya cheeky Englishman.
  11. Graveyard, huh? Always knew you were emo.
  12. Tender removed, Emma told me the steering wheel is wood. Would look terrible in a white car with velour. Best of luck!
  13. The one I was talking about having seen was an E34. I imagine it's still around, somewhere!
  14. Not to my knowledge, I used to see it on the motorway a fair bit but not since last year- was maroon metallic, probably a UK import. I have a BMW Magazine tucked away somewhere with an article on the then- new 324tD Touring. Would be a great E30 to own!
  15. I know of an E34 524td. Not sure if E30 diesels were ever RHD...
  16. A vasectomy is cheaper than specifying leather in a new BMW. But whatever satisfies you!
  17. Personally I'm opposed to children, father- figureless or otherwise. They ruin upholstery.
  18. I've had a few administrative problems with insurance companies- was being charged more than i should have because a computer got my address wrong... and another time they cancelled the policy a day after I took it out, well, the computer did... you can see the pattern. I don't trust computer programmes! They always seem to have commerce degrees! Bascically my annoyance sits with stupid people. They're the ones who make us have insurance in the first place. I blame poor breeding and texting.
  19. Oooh, that sounds like it's worth $60 million! I take back all my doubtfulness, and will put together a muffin basket immediately to express my extreme gratitude and subservience to your greatness in the realms of common sense and practicality! I live in Waterloo, Lower Hutt- your so called 'most expensive' area of Wellington in terms of insurance risk. I have security gates, a secure garage, 24 hour monitored alarms, and many ambassadors to this er, fine, country live within 500 metres of me, which by international law regarding diplomatic residences, requires regular police patrols, and no doubt extra security at their own expense too. I can't recall a single burglary down my street in memory. My work carpark is also in a secure compound, 50 metres from the police station... But no doubt, I'll pay the same as the guy in Wainuiomata- to the unaquainted, well, just thank yourself you're not acquainted- with his 'hori' neighbours and lax attitude to leaving his keys in the car while partaking in problem gambling and minor benefit fraud. Though his policy will be cheaper because I have a BMW and he has an VL Commodore. Dang it, he probably can't be f**ked paying insurance anyway- more the fool me! You guys are like so clever! Insurance guy for Prime Minister!
  20. Expensive, but looks very nice! http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=92602662
  21. Exactly- you nor they can justify it- that's why I used the word "Greed" rather than "Money"! I haven't come across any "Insurance Company Executives In Crisis" charity bakestalls recently. Unless I'm a shareholder, a letter from a CEO is never friendly.
  22. Haha, when you present me with conclusive proof that insurance companies are making a loss out of New Zealand operations, I'll pay higher premiums without question.
  23. Greed makes the world go round, I guess! Hopefully by then, I'll be in a nice tax-haven away from people with commerce degrees. Take the E30 over in a crate.
