computertrader 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2011 Decided not to sell the ti, picked up a nearly complete set of better part leather seats out of a Motorsport TI for $80 and ordered replacement badges and front corner lights off ebay. Now making plans on what goes next, Need wheels (16" or bigger) and am thinking Mspec Bumpers.

sascha 17 Report post Posted July 14, 2011 ^ nice, do they just turn on with the lights atm? Do they dim with the dimmer? Bought a new battery to replace the shitty small one that was in it cause I got sick of jumpstarting it everytime it wasn't driven for more than a day.
Lucan 196 Report post Posted July 14, 2011 Nah they only turn on when you open the door, I used the door jam switch as a power source. Going the sort out a manual switch for all interior lights eventually though, maybe a button next to the rear demister/hazards buttons. And your E30 lights have a dimming feature? Lucan 196 Report post Posted July 14, 2011 Ooh..nah since the lights are wired to the roof lights the dimmer has no affect.

_Matt_ 42 Report post Posted July 16, 2011 (edited) Picked up my second e28 today. 525i 3.4L conversion. Car is in rather poor condition. I pretty much decided to buy it just because I wanted the Zender front spoiler it came with. So once I get it repaired and re painted hopefully it will look like this (except red) Edited July 16, 2011 by _Matt_
