bmpower 3 Report post Posted October 2, 2010 Not on my bmw, but a bmw nonetheless. Changed rear control arm bushes from f&cked ones to urethane ones, stripped the whole front end of the car. Sanded, primed and was going to paint front valance, but the dickheads at the paint shop didn't mix the colour right - so will have to wait till Monday now. Attached Mtech1 front kit to the chrome bumper. Did an oil change and I think thats about it.... Roll on Sunday!

bmpower 3 Report post Posted October 3, 2010 Again not on my car, but put the rear tech1 kit onto the rear chrome bumper (a new straight bumper from pick a part!) and mounted it to the car. Changed spark plugs and in the process managed to rip a lead into about 5 pieces trying to get it off! Don't think they had been changed in a while! Got another lead set (thanks to Nath & Anthony!) and installed that too! Just need some paint now to finish spraying the front valance, then mount that and all done - Tech1 FTW! tire 10 Report post Posted October 7, 2010 (edited) Put in a rebuilt alternator from mops. No more not wanting to cold idle, although I don't know if that's because of the alternator or the fact that the battery was disconnected so the ecu got reset. time will tell. Oh and new front brake pads. Did you brake the dtm shifter Ashkan? Edited October 7, 2010 by tastic
