Apex 693 Report post Posted January 20, 2011 First genuine person will buy her No sh*t. Its like when people tell you that what ever you are looking for is in the last place you will look. Nice car. not many 330i that well specked.
Mark 178 Report post Posted January 20, 2011 When you write a for sale advert personifying and naming the car for sale, there is a fine line between coming across as "funny" or "crazy" This ad is in the crazy camp. Big time.
Greg111 13 Report post Posted January 20, 2011 However it's getting attention though isn't it, which is what the crazy ass owner would want.

deeveus 81 Report post Posted January 20, 2011 Auction description is a failure IMO - the car looks great, great colour, great engine, excellent looking machine.

nath 134 Report post Posted January 20, 2011 Auction description is a failure IMO - the car looks great, great colour, great engine, excellent looking machine. I agree. "When in trademe, do as the trademe'ans." Not as ridiculous as the adverts with 45 degree angled, photoshopped night time shots of the front corner of the car posing beside a graffiti'd wall are. Of which many here are guilty.

E30 325i Rag-Top 2956 Report post Posted January 20, 2011 If the seller is female - then fair enough they do silly sh!t like that and give cars names. If the seller is a male - hand in the man card.

How do you know the wood is fake? Mercedes use all real wood and always have, I remember 7's using real wood.... I think the Japs are the only fake wood-ers. Apex 693 Report post Posted January 20, 2011 It's plastic, scratches and snaps like plastic. All BMW wood is. It’s actually real wood, clear plastic coated thin wood. I have replaced a stereo facia in one and it remember it being hard to find one from the same batch/tree.
Greg111 13 Report post Posted January 20, 2011 Really? I had to replace a dash piece off an E92, would have sworn that was plastic, look cheap and the back was grey?
Apex 693 Report post Posted January 20, 2011 Because we are talking about E92’s? Mine has real wood, from the back it’s the unpolished wood.
