I'm almost 100% sure this kid has either Asbergus or another form of Autism. people with this type of condition can be genius's or autistic savant's (like Sheldon from big bang or Dustin Hoffman in Rainman) I hardly think he will ever care about hooking up with a girl or worry about lifting his arms up.
