Things I noticed wear on front seats, drivers door card, tail lights have they been changed yuk,etc.The auction estimate of 37-39 on the high side IMO thought $30 32 tops but it is an auction. E39 M5s can be had for $18K-$24K (more for a mint low kms example) This I'd hazard a guess at a value $30-33K ... I wouldn't be paying that though. Which is why you'd have to get anything checked out from Turners, when selling privately you have interaction from the owner, with Turners all of that stuff including any liability is left at the door.
