allan 295 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 Interested in members opinions pro's and cons on leather upholstery. The reason I ask I have been trying to obtain a rear seat , cloth M sport type for the ti to complete the change over but have had no luck to date. But by chance came across a set of leather seats the other day and this got me to thinking.
Breaker 980 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 Leather every time for me, last for ever (relatively) can be repaired, cleans up nice Love the look and the feel. Only downside is hot sunny summer days parked in sun wearing shorts hahaha

kulgan 1042 Report post Posted September 13, 2015 Definitely leather. You'll be so much happier with that than cloth. Gives the car that added bit of class.

tawa 150 Report post Posted September 14, 2015 (edited) Just replaced rears in mine with leather (e36 328 coupe so I'm fairly sure they wouldn't fit yours), better for looking at that's for sure, not sure about replacing the front with leather though, as they're rather comfy sports spec ones. I'd put leather in the same category as color, nice to have what you want but not worth sacrificing comfort for. Half Leather/Alcantara, wait, not an option? Should be Anything is an option if you're not a stickler for standard parts... ... and have much coin Edited September 14, 2015 by tawatech

Had them in my first 36.
