Was wondering if that is stock extended leather - looks like a 370mm Mtech 1 in Burgundy leather - gotta be pretty damn rare

The "Hand-Stitched Complete Leather Interior" option. Normally only the centre section of the steering wheel is leather wrapped, with the wheel remaining in black. Could be an individual spec seeing as the whole wheel is the same colour.

If a car sells between $0 - $199999 it is 15% to the final hammer price and then GST on the 15%. Example $50,000 final bid ends up being $58,625.

Thanks, so the car sold for around 92K, surprised me that didn't get into 6 digits given the rariety and being well optioned.  I hope it stayed in NZ.

That is interesting. How do you come by this information? (the sale price).  Is the premium on top of this price?

The Webbs website details past auction results.

This is the one for the M5:

Also Neil has mentioned the sale price including Bidders Premium.

a rough calculation show the actual price is around 92K.

Some other nice BMW lots in that auction, including the 316i Coupe (last lot) and the 15 Art Car models that went for over $10k!
